The host is above and beyond what you could ask for. I definitely recommend this experience for any nature lover. The site was definitely worth the stay to hear all the beautiful sounds of St Croix. One of our favorite parts was watching the lizards in the grass behind the camp stove, there was such a variety and they just hung out without worry of being watched. We didnā€™t stay at his container home next door, but we saw it and it would be a perfect combination for a family with kids who want a fun experience to rent both!

Hiccups in the beginning but Charles was very helpful. This is a camping option. It's a glamping option, but still a tent. IF YOU DON'T LIKE TO CAMP, then don't book it. Book his other option which is a really cool container apartment he built himself. And if that is not to your taste, then pay 2-3 times for a typical mediocre resort in the town. I prefer to give my $$ to a local entrepreneur vs some corporation.
