ACHTUNG! Eine Zumutung, diese Wohnung! Völlig andere Wohnung als auf den inserierten Fotos!!!!!
UNGENÜGEND!!!! Sehr schlecht, große Enttäuschung! Fotos auf der Homepage von fewo-direkt entsprechen überhaupt nicht der gemieteten Wohnung!!!! Für mich ist das Vortäuschung falscher Tatsachen und Betrug. DG-Wohnung hat keinen Balkon, wie im Inserat gezeigt. Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer (wenn man es so nennen möchte - ein Sofa, ein offener Schrank mit Blick auf die Rückseite des Schranks vom Bett aus) in einem Zimmer. Dachfenster in Abstellkammer (mit einem Bett) kaputt (nicht zu schliessen) oder in etwa 2,5 m Höhe, daher keine Möglichkeit, im Bad oder WC zu lüften. Fliesen im Bad mit Farbe überschmiert, blättert ab sieht sehr unhygienisch aus. Waschbecken im Bad hat einen großen Sprung. Küche entsprach nicht den Fotos. Geschirr in der Küche bei Ankunft sehr schmutzig, Silberfischchen in Topf und Pfanne. Keine Anleitung für die Mikrowelle vorhanden. Stolperfallen im Wohnzimmer, da sich der Parkettboden auflöst. Keine Anleitung zum Betreiben des Fernsehers vorhanden. Einzige Steckdose im "Schlafeck" defekt. Nur Deckenlampen vorhanden, eine einzige Beistell- oder Stehlampe. Nachts um 4 Uhr Party in einer der unteren Wohnungen mit lauter Musik und Geschrei auf dem Balkon. Achtung, Wohnung liegt in der Einflugschneise zum Salzburger Flughafen, könnte auch etwas lauter sein. Der Preis von fast 200 Euro pro Nacht ist wirklich unverschämt. Vermieter meldete sich auf Nachfrage per E-Mail nicht zurück.Mitarbeiter von fewo-direkt wollten sich melden per E-Mail, bis heute nichts passiert
