Beautiful villa
Spacious, well equipped, clean and modern. Located in quiet neighbourhood about a 15 min drive from St Raphael beach with outdoor evening market, restaurants and gelato parlours! We had two cars with ample driveway parking. Added bonus of own pool.

Schöne Villa mit zeitgemäßer Ausstattung
Alles perfekt, das Haus, der Gastgeber, der Bick vom Pool in die Pinienwälder und von der oberen Terrasse in den Sonnenuntergang..
Leider ist die Fahrt zum Strand recht weit nicht immer ohne Staus, das sollte man berücksichtigen.
Mit einen neuen Außenanstrich würde das Objekt noch viel attraktiver wirken (im Inneren gab es aber nichts zu meckern)

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans la Villa,
Le propriétaire, Raoul habite à côté de la villa mais est totalement discret, au petit soin et accessible si besoin.

Haus war mit Abstrichen ok, Vermieter-Support war schlecht
Grundsätzlich war das Haus ok mit zum Teil gravierenden Mängeln. Großer grüner Schimmelfleck an der Schlafzimmerdecke im EG (war zum Einzug nicht sichtbar), Pool-Licht war defekt, an der Bretter-Verkleidung am Pool waren ebenfalls große Mängel (Schrauben schauten raus, Bretter waren zum Teil sehr stark verzogen, dass man aufpassen musste keine Holzsplitter im Fuß stecken zu haben).
Vermieter vor Ort sprach weder deutsch noch englisch

Schönes Ferienhaus für einen erholsamen Urlaub
Sehr freundliche hilfsbereite Betreuung durch Raoul ! Schönes neues sauberes Ferienhaus mit Salzwasserpool. Deutsche Fernsehsender vorhanden. Ruhige Lage. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen !

Top pour des vacances au calme !
La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée dans un quartier pavillonnaire au calme.
Jeux, livres, piscine et barbecue... Tout y est pour des vacances réussies !
