The only two staff members that are polite and courteous are Ariel he did an excellent job helping us book our room several times and Liz very helpful and kind and courteous the rest of the stuff not the friendliest

There's construction going on near the pool and the folks and yelling starting at 8:30 am in the morning. Also lot of drug addicts staying at this property I think we're making a lot of noise at night .
