I booked online and the price I was given was inflated at the hotel I was charged 12 a day for parking that was not listed online. We asked for clean towels when we left at 7:30am when we returned at 9pm no towels had been provided. Will probably never stay there again.

It was a nice stay but disappointed about hotels.com saying in the website that it was a free parking but when we actually checked in in the hotel it was not free parking. They should not be putting free parking if it’s not free.

Very very bad service . Ordered a 2 queen bed and they changed it to a 1 bed for me. I asked for a 2 bed and front desk was being really rude and told me my room comes with a sofa bed I told him I paid for 2 queen beds . Well he said he has none and blamed it on Expedia then asked me if preferred he change me to a one be room without a sofa bed. Was a joke. So rude. No service at all.

I have been to this hotel 3 tlmes because of the location. Everytime I go there they have a new additional hidden fee.

Really nice clean place to stay at a good price. We chose this place because of the enclosed pool and the baby crib amenities, not sure what happened but when we checked in and asked for a crib we were told they don’t have any available. The beds are really high and not safe for a baby who is mobile and crawling to sleep on. It’s hard to travel with little ones especially when the hotel lists items available for guests and doesn’t actually have them upon checking in. Overall it is a nice place to stay. Close to sequoia and central.

Found out upon leaving we were charged $12 per day per parking, something we weren't told would happen. Our was was allergic to the linen here and face and arms got really puffy. Staff couldn't tell us what kind of detergent was being used for the linens.
