I was upgraded to a suite as I had to wait 15 min for employee to arrive back at worksite to check me in. There wasn’t a sign notifying guests checking in that he’d be back in 15 min Our suite had 2 rooms. The entry one had a kitchen. Microwave, fridge and sink worked. The rest of the kitchen area was empty The living area had a TV, table and chairs. The sofa and couch needed a good clean The heat didn’t work and tile floor was VERY cold The bedroom beds were VERY comfortable, linens soft and provided great sleep The heat didn’t work in this room either The grounds were spectacular Citrus trees in bloom, flowers and outdoor furniture made it a little piece of heaven. We passed on breakfast Unfortunately we didn’t get the room that warranted the good reviews posted on your website.

The front desk man was a sweetheart. My room was large and tucked away with a little front porch with table and chairs and a front screen door. The premises were clean and well kept. Lots of beautiful orange and grapefruit trees. I stayed as a single female and felt very safe and secure. Continental breakfast with juices, coffee, homemade waffles, eggs, bacon and sausage, bagels and cream cheese. Would definitely stay again!

Overnight. Traveling. En route down the Baja. For the price, condition,quiet, clean, comfortable , safe, breakfast, ( and everything you need for overnight travel). No question. This is a decent place. It’s also nice to be greeted with a smile in the morning. I HATE traveling through California. But this place makes it tolerable. Well done

The door key didn’t work so I had to get front desk staff let me in. Had to walk the whole distance from room to desk. Had to prop door open when I needed to go to car at 1 am. The facility was not full and it seems that moving me to another room would have been best situation.

For the price? Nirvana! While the neighborhood this hotel is located in was a bit pedestrian, the hotel was isolated from it. The rooms were large and had stoves, oven, quiet and tangerine trees a few feet from the front door. Need I say more?

We come to Fresno a lot to visit grandchildren. this is the first time we have stayed here. Check in was a breeze, got to our room, unexpected comfort. A Recliner in our room! I wish we would have known about this hotel before. Nice comfortable room, Jetted tub. That was nice! Garden atmosphere. Very comfortable stay, will be back again. Thanks

When i booked through Hotels.com i specifically wanted close to support with a shuttle. No at all close and they do not have a shuttle. No hot water at the sink. Extremely old and outdated. Walking to the room was like walking in a beautiful garden, walked in the room and excitement stopped

Not too great.
The complex is really nice but they are not taking care of the place. In our bathroom behind the toilet the wall paper was peeling off. In the bedroom area one lamp on the wall the switch was missing. Above the big window the wall look like it was coming apart. They obviously don't vacuum really well because under the table was dirty. Our room smelled like someone smoked weed in it. They ran out of regular coffee for the room so the second day we had no coffee in our room. The hot tub was not working.
