This is the worse place that I have ever stay in. The room smelled dirty, like marijuana, there was blood on the blankets, roaches everywhere and the place looks unsafe not appropriate for a family to stay in. we told the hotel receptionist about it and they did not even over a solution, no refund, so we lost our money and made a reservation in another hotel.

Kinda looked like a weekly suite rental. No coffee in common area as advertised, no wifi as advertised. Parking lot full of people living out of their cars. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, cramped with full sized fridge in room, No Toilet paper holder (TP placed on back of toilet), Slow drain in Bathroom sink. Probably will not stay there again. The office staff seemed pleasant.

Staff was great, however, they do not offer cleaning service. The outside of building have a bad urine odor because homeless people camp and live outside. Lots of cockroaches crawling on the floor. Kitchen burner doesn’t work, this rental place is not safe and adequate for small children because people use drugs and sit together outside at night near the garbage dumpster. So sad to see this place is being handled with carelessness

The hotel was filthy. No cleaning service, you have to clean the hotel yourself. Anytime you need something you have to walk to their front office and if they choose to help you they will unlock the office door, if not you wait outside. The walk path to the office is real with urine. The place has a lot of homeless people camping outside. If you want to extend your stay, they will not renew for you I. Person. They ask you to go on line and do new booking and new deposit. Service for housekeeping was horrible. Staff tried their best to relocate my room when cockroaches was crawling everywhere.

Property was the most disgusting ever. Stains and pile of garbage in the corner. Lift was smelling terrible. I booked 3 days (2 nights) non refundable but I just left immediately after noticing the situation. One could get diseases by staying here. Positive reviews you see could be deceptive or fake reviews. This place should be banned/closed. Obviously owners/admins careless as long as there are bookings happening. Anyway, do yourselves a favor and don’t stoop so low to stay at this hotel. If stay you will compromise your health for sure.

They advertise that they have coffee in their lobby in the morning however there is no coffee there! I am really love my morning coffee and it was one of the reasons why I wanted to stay here! The sign in the lobby mentions coffee however there is no coffee! Another problem is that I have to check in with the staff to re- key my room card daily even though I have paid to stay for the month! This is frustrating and time consuming for me, especially when there is a line in the lobby!
