Overall wonderful stay with impressive service and responsiveness by Vacasa (with just a coupleof minor things we reported after checking in. We only asked for 1 to be addressed and they went ahead and addressed another.) Puzzled by the vague 2-star review by priir guest obviously dissatisfied as we found the home exactly as portrayed in listing pics & info. 🤔 Location perfect for off the beaten path, quiet off-season family getaway!

Once again we had a great time. We like staying South. We fish a lot and this place is centrally located to the place we like to visit. Secluded area, quiet, easy access. Big open house. We didn’t need the entire living space for just the two of us so with other couples this place would be great too.

Very nice but a little bit dated. The kitchen needs some modifications. I took time to reorganize the drawers and cupboards because they needed to be cleaned out due to evidence of mice. We did find a dead mouse on the first day and after we disposed of it, had to clean out all of the cabinets. Nice appliances. Didn’t have a kettle but we bought one and left it there for future guests. Needs new toaster. Bought a laundry basket as well. Nice shower, good water pressure. No bbq. Beautiful views and close to the beach.

Awesome house and great location!
We’ve been vacationing in the outer banks for more than 20 years. This is a great spacious house, all the amenities you need, clean and well taken care of. Excellent ocean views with beach access directly across made for a very convenient location. We will definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for a weekend getaway, spacious, living area, perfectly oriented decks with views of the ocean and the sound! The 5 PM check-in was problematic and required us to locate the house and unpack in the dark. By the time we cooked dinner, it was after seven.

Perfect beach getaway!!
My family and I had a wonderful time at What's Knot to Sea! The location was perfect with beach access right across the street. The house was well stocked from kitchen supplies to games and entertainment. We enjoyed the small town of Frisco as well. Hurricane Ian limited our activities for a couple of days, but we were comfortable in the house with plenty to keep us entertained and it was nice listening to the ocean waves crashing. We would love to visit Whats Knot to Sea again sometime!!
