Located at the heart of Summit County, Frisco is a great choice in the winter (drive or bus to all of Summit County’s great ski areas) and summer (hiking, biking, Lake Dillon and more). And guests at Mountainside Trailview Condo have full access to the Mountainside Club House’s indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, racquetball court and outdoor tennis court. You and your group will love this place!

This lovely 1-bedroom + loft, 2-bathroom deluxe condo is the perfect getaway for families and groups of up to six people. The living room is a cozy gathering place for everyone in your group to enjoy the flat-screen above the corner gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table with room for four, and there is room for two more at the breakfast bar. Stepping outside onto the deck, you’ll find great mountain views and a gas grill for a nice BBQ after your mountain adventures.

Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Property management was poor, arrived to dishes put away dirty, appliances like the coffee machine with layers of grime inside like it has never been cleaned, a multitude of other blemishes, hard to be confident if the sheets had even been changed based on first impressions, property management was disinterested when contacted. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. We walked to main st Frisco for dinner. Short drive to Breck, and Abasin. The condo had more kitchen appliances than listed which was great. Ooo and a Walmart is near by for groceries. The best part was that there is a trail system right out the door of the condo! Was perfect for us!

Liked the location and the view from the deck. However, the refrigerated made an aggregating noise when the compressor kicked in and several times woke us up during sleep. Also, the dishwasher leaked. We also bought febreeze as it just smelled old in there.

Frisco Getaway at Trailview Condo
This condo was perfect for our quick trip to Colorado to meet up with two other sisters and spouses who stayed at a different condo there. We only had time for a short stay but would have been great for a longer stay as well. Online pictures don’t do unit justice. Would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our long weekend in Frisco and found this condo to be in a great location. We also used the pool and hot tubs, which were nice and nicely landscaped. The only negatives were the comfort of the bed in the loft, and the noise from the unit above waking us in the night. I think maybe they were doing laundry or something with a lot of water running 2 of the 3 nights we were there. Otherwise, everything was great and as advertised.

Perfect launching point for skiing / boarding at Loveland and Copper. Comfortable space for our family of five. Frisco was a great town. Loved being able to soak in the outdoor hot tubs just a short walk across the parking lot after a day on the slopes. All the amenities you'd need! Great view off the deck. Loved it!

Private condo at Mountainside
We have stayed in Frisco many times over the years and I think this is my favorite location. It is only 5-10 minute walk north on 5th street to get into Frisco....so convenient. The view from the deck, of Mt. Victoria and Peak 1 was beautiful and there is lots of green space directly behind the condo that separates you from the bike trail. The condo is clean and well maintained, has kitchen items needed. We would recommend and stay here again.
