Perfect spot in Fruita
We stayed at this adorable bungalow for 2 nights in September , as we were attending a wedding in Grand Junction . It was decorated so nicely , was spotlessly clean , with a well appointed kitchen . The bed was so very comfortable . The location was perfect .It is just a few blocks from coffee shops , a brewery , a cafe and a bike shop . The owner Nicole was very helpful and accommodating Would highly recommend .

The property was clean and in great shape. Fantastic host - responded to all inquiries immediately. Location was excellent. I would recommend this property to anyone. BTW - our first VRBO stay. Great way to start!

So glad we found this spot for our getaway from the snowstorm. It was so clean, had everything we needed, and was walking distance to downtown. We will definitely recommend and be back again soon!
