This hotel is a tale of two halves,on entering the hotel looks very up market and modern,large almost like IKEA layout, area had loads of seating and bar which was not open for first two days of arrival!we were directed to (pool bar)I know we weren’t there at peak time but felt this was unacceptable,did not want to cause a fuss after all we were on holiday so said nothing but someone must have a few days later it was open,no entertainment (which we knew)but there should have been !has a lovely big area in lounge ,rooms were a tidy size but not enough storage ,shower was great ,the lady who cleaned our rooms done a wonderful job and was very pleasant,the staff were very friendly and helpful so no reflection on them the biggest let down of all was the pool which was yellow in colour and not inviting,the area surrounding was basic but could have been made to look more tropical,pool bar was very nice and staff,last but not least restaurant was lovely serving fabulous breakfast,evening meal was alright first week but repetitive second.
