Instructions for finding the box to get the entrance key were awful, when we eventually contacted the agent and she sent pictures we had been outside it but the address for Google maps was wrong. 50th birthday trip
This apartment was picked because of its location with 3 bedrooms and 4 shower rooms for 3 women celebrating a fiftieth birthday. We took the train from the airport to Fuengirola. Just tap your card to enter the station and tap again to leave your destination station. Took about 40 minutes and less than 3 euros each. After the train journey we had to walk about 6 minutes to find the building with a key lock on outside which held the key that would let you into the apartment building. Very odd. And a little bit annoying. We then walked to the accommodation. We were met at the door by the lovely cleaners and the plumber. The plumber said (through google translate) he was fixing the hot water. The cleaners let us leave our bags and get changed in 1 room. We returned at 3 as advised in the advert. The cleaners had left us a note they were new and couldn’t locate the bedding and had gone to find some. They finished at 5.30. On the first floor was open plan kitchen, living room, 2 en-suite bedrooms and a small balcony. Up the spiral staircase was another en-suite bedroom, a plunge pool, another shower room, toilet, tables chairs and a bbq. Unfortunately, only 1 of the bathrooms had hot water. We were told it was usual in that building. The pool was filthy but the pool is only used in the summer. I think the management company misrepresented this rental. However, we would still have booked. And we would be happy to return. The price is great. Just update your information!

Not as described - roof terrace only accessible via dangerous spiral stairs.
Do not stay here if you have young children or any mobility issues! I was shocked to walk into this apartment and see a tall, narrow and dangerous spiral staircase that is not mentioned in the description of shown in any of the pictures. This staircase is the only way to access the roof terrace, pool area, and upstairs bedroom/bathroom. It seems like they went to great lengths to make sure that the stairs are not visible in the photos and I can only conclude that they are deliberately misleading people. The description says that the roof terrace area is accessible from the living room. It is not, it is accessible via a staircase completely unsuitable for small children or anyone with any mobility issues. I had travelled with my 4 year old son and as a result of how dangerous and tricky the stairs are we never once used the roof terrace. My mother also stayed with us and could not manage the stairs. One of the key selling points of this apartment is that roof terrace and it was completely unusable for us. We simply would not have booked if we had known and if the description had been honest. I also contacted the property owners/management company to complain about this and never even received a reply. I will never book a MalagaSuite property again as it's clear that you can't trust that the property descriptions are truthful and accurate.

Secret Spiral Staircase
The listing for this property gives the impression that it is all on the one level. My wife has mobility issues so this seemed perfect. We could not believe when we entered the property to see a steep twisting spiral staircase to access the main outdoor space which was one of the main reasons we booked this property. It meant we could not use the large outdoor space and were confined to a small shaded patio. This really was a huge dissappointment for us. You really should let people know about the spiral staircase as this apartment is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or children.
