In the center of a peaceful winegrowing village, this old winegrower's house built in the middle of the vineyards, transformed into 3 apartments, welcomes you all year long. To spend a weekend or several weeks, you will find a total change of scenery in this haven of peace with a sunny and breathtaking view. You are surrounded by vineyards on this site classified as a "Natura 2000" zone.
The apartment "Les Hirondelles de Fuissé" is located on the first floor of the house with an accessibility for people with reduced mobility. It is composed of a kitchen open to the dining room and living room with a sofa bed for two people, two bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and the other with a pull-out bed (2*90 cm), a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, and a laundry room with washing machine.) The house is equipped with a wifi.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a filter coffee machine.
You are surrounded by numerous wine cellars, where you can taste the best wines of the region. une maison confortable dans un cadre magnifique
Très bonne organisation avec l'hôte, très aimable pour résoudre nos problèmes. Le cadre est splendide, la maison dans les vignes, calme, une terrasse pour profiter de la vue. La maison est d'une propreté irréprochable, confortable, en particulier pour une personne à mobilité réduite. 3 jours que nous aurions aimé prolonger.

Rez-de-Jardin dans les vignes
L’appartement est idéalement situé au cœur du village de Fuissé, et donne directement dans les vignes ce qui en fait un point de départ idéal pour des promenades. Grâce aux baies vitrées, le logement est clair et lumineux avec une belle vue sur les vignes et le village.
Nous avons séjourné en hiver et l’appartement est très bien chauffé. L’équipement de la cuisine est relativement complet ce qui nous a permis de préparer l’ensemble de nos repas à la maison.
La mise en location est très récente et nous avons pu regretter une décoration encore un peu froide ainsi qu’une absence de conseils pratiques / locaux comme on le voit parfois dans les locations saisonnières. Par ailleurs, nous avons joué de malchance car les occupants précédents avaient beaucoup fumé dans l’appartement qui sentait très fort le tabac, y compris dans les chambres. Au fil du séjour cela s’est estompé mais malgré la réactivité de la propriétaire, aucune solution immédiate n’a pu être trouvée.
