I like that the property was nice to the station for the train and Bus. It had lots of markets and convenient stores around the area too

Nice Hotel, Convenient Location
Hotels can get expensive in Fukuoka, especially on weekends, and the Green Rich--right next to Nishitetsu Ohashi Station--is reasonably priced and very convenient to the downtown area (it's only six minutes or so by train to Tenjin).

Smelly hotel
Initially we were put in a smokers room which was our own fault because we forgot to specify when booking, the staff were kind enough to move us to another nonsmoking room though, without charge. Unfortunately, the smell in the new room was barely any better. Apart from the smell, the general cleanliness was fine. The hotel isn't in the best location if you want attractions that are within walking distance, but it is only a 1-min walk from the closest subway station.

Great Hotel! Very close to the station. Lot's of choices for restaurants, and entertainment. Comfortable, and clean! Ten minutes from Tenjin by Express Train.
