Great location and excellent staff!! The communal work space was very handy for getting some work done. Easy to get to from the airport by the subway line and then once there, tenjin is easily accessible!!

Nice and easy stay. Room was clean and check-in/out efficient. No water in the room and room can get a bit musty if the air cleaner isn't run. Would stay there again or check out another similar priced hotel in the area

Great location close to Tenjin station and the center of Fukuoka. Only bad thing is they are quite strict on the check-in times which is a little tough after an overnight flight.

The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The room was bigger than I expected for Japan, of course much smaller than American hotel rooms - but sufficient for my business purposes. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked nicely (Fukuoka was incredibly hot and humid, even in September, in 2024). I would definitely stay there again!

This property is closed by the underground shopping area of Tenjin and within walking distance to the Tenjin subway station. There are also Yatai stalls at night around the area if you would like to try one. The property itself is nice and room size is also decent for Japan. Overall I will recommend this property.

The facilities at this hotel were excellent, I was travelling for a month stopping place by place so it was a perfect spot to just unwind and relax and take advantage of the beautiful hotel room and onsen, pool, & sauna.
