Nice location. Good view of riverside and quite around. Check in time is not so early (5 o’clock evening) is only issue but reception people are friendly and very helpful to all the requests. Walking distance to station and nice restaurants around.

Seems like a new apartment building. Apartment size is excellent for 2 persons, but for more occupants with big luggage bags, space will be tight. Nice canal facing. Disadvantage: only 1 elevator, so if it breaks down or there’s emergency, it’ll be terrible. Thank God, we had a something-going safe stay.

We wanted to stay close to “Yatai” ( venders on the street and Canal City (one of the famous shopping mall in Fukuoka) and the hotel more like condo was located on the perfect spot with a reasonable price. The front desk was very friendly and the room had very comfortable setting. If I visit Canal City again, I definitely stay at this hotel.

캐널시티가 가까운게 최대 장점
나카스강 바로 옆에있고 캐널시티랑은 걸어서 7분정도 소요 되는 곳이라 편의성은 좋아요. 세탁, 취사 가능해서 간단히 식사는 할 수 있어요. 그리고 멀티어댑터도 빌려줍니다. 짐보관은 안해주는게 아쉽긴해요. 근처에 세븐일레븐, 패밀리마트 있어서 늦은시간에도 필요한 물품 구매 가능합니다.

值得一住
地點位於住吉附近，房間後側能觀賞運河，河上竟然還有鴨子在划水，運河城、住吉神社、7-11也在不遠處，曾有到附近的Sumiyoshi公車站搭車到BOSS E · ZO FUKUOKA看TeamLab。美中不足的是夜間有陌生人曾在飯店大門按房間的通訊，會讓人驚嚇到。

일단 넓어서 좋았어요. 성인 2명 아이 2명이 더블 베드 2개에 편안하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 세탁기가 있어서 빨래를 할 수 있어서 좋았어요. (세제는 개인적으로 챙겨갔음) 테라스가 있고 나카스 강 뷰가 좋았습니다. 욕실은 온수가 잘 나오고 수압이 세서 좋았어요. 티비에는 넷플릭스 나와서 잘 이용했습니다. 아쉬운 점은 소파 앞에 원형 테이블 상판이 고정되지 않고 흔들리는 제품이라 컵을 깨 버렸네요. 하카타 역지 걸어서 15분 정도이고 위치가 약간 애매한 점은 있습니다. 캐널시티는 아주 가까워요. 다만 후쿠오카 숙박비가 많이 올라서 아쉽네요. 4박 5일에 세금포함 86만원 정도 했습니다. 전반적으로 만족하고 가족 여행에 좋은 곳이라 생각합니다.

定期的にシンクから下水が少量水滴として噴き出してくる現象が何度か起きて、当然ながら下水臭が部屋に拡がる。ゴボゴボと音がするのでわかります。 それさえなければ、快適。 場所柄、女性ひとりはあまりお勧めしない。治安が悪いわけではないけれど。

孩子們喜歡的大空間
房間含面河的大陽台，室內空間寬敞，客廳可以攤開擺放三個大行李箱還綽綽有餘，床和客餐廳還有拉門隔開，小孩組能先睡覺休息，大人組則在客餐廳吃外送的宵夜加收行李，下次會想再住這裡！
