The location was convenient and the condition of the building was new, but the overall cleanliness of the room was a disappointment. If you need a 4 bed room (4+ people), yes, it's a good option, but if not, I'd recommend booking a hotel nearby as the amenities and cleanliness lacking.

Good location
Very clean apartment with a front desk. It newly opened in September 2020. It's also in a good location in front of a historical house and located close to nightlife, yet very quiet, because it's on the other side of the river.

マットレスだけが不満です！ 2段ベッドということもあり、しゃべったりテレビを見たりする時に全員で下のベッドを使うようで、へたり方がびっくりするくらいでした！ マットレスのスプリングが体に当たる感じ… 連泊したので、寝ても疲れが取れないような… マットレスに座らなくてもいいように折りたたみのイスでもあればいいなと思いました。

대체적으로 만족하고 담에 재방문의사 있어용
가족과 지내는데 큰 문제는 없었습니다..다만 쇼파가 천으로 되어있어 얼룩 자욱이 뚜렸했고 리모콘과 메뉴얼 책자가 약간 지저분 했지만 정말 대체적으로 만족하고 담에도 올 계획입니다..감사합니다

コンパクトな作りだか、洗濯機やミニキッチンなどがあり、滞在型stayには最適だと感じました 今回は0:00時にチェックインしたので、滞在を堪能する宿泊ではありませんでしたが、寝泊まりだけでも十分でした チェックイン時に上手く作動しなかったのですが、連絡先とスムーズに繋がり、問題なく宿泊する方ができました

위치 외엔 모든게 불만족 스러웠던 숙소임
가족여행으로는 적합하지 않음. 1. 난방기능이 약해 매우 추웠음. 게다가 베란쪽 벽 환풍구에서 하루종일 찬바람이 유입되어 온풍기의 열을 다 빼앗아 버림. 2. 방이너무너무 좁음. 캐리어 펼칠때도 마땅치않음. 3. 주방시설의 집기류가 전혀없음. 세제, 수세미도 없음. 숟가락 젓가락 없음. 4. 화장실의 휴지통이 없음. 화장실 휴지 이외 물티슈, 생리대 등 기타 휴지를 버릴수가 없음 5. 가장 중요한 것. 이층침대의 일층은 죄다 스프링이 박살났음. 수많은 숙객들이 쇼파 대신 걸터앉아서 스프링이 다 꺼져서 침대의 기능을 잃어버림. 잘때 허리가 많이 아프고 경사질 정도로 쿠션이 꺼져서 더이상 침대로서 사용할 수 없을 정도임. 6. 이불. 밝은색 침구류가 아닌 어두운계열 색상의 이불은 얼마나 많은 숙객이 사용했는지 알 수 없음. 밝은색 침구류를 사용해 주기를 바람. 7. 현관잠금 열쇠. 비밀번호 또는 카드방식이 아닌 키방식의 잠금장치는 여행다니는 동안 키를 잃어버릴까 노심초사 했음. 키도 하나밖에 공급이 안됨. 카운터 직원도 없기 때문에 키를 잃어버리는 경우가 생긴다면 끔찍한 일이 생길수도 있음.

체크인시간이 빨라야하고 문제해결은 신속하게 도와줘야함
위치는 매우 좋습니다만 체크인 시간이 16시는 너무 늦어서 외국여행객들은 기다리는시간과 장소등에 매우 불편하고 힘듭니다. 그리고 wifi작동이 안되고 있는데 호텔 관리자가 적극적으로 해결해 주지 않고 소극적으로 메일로 소통하면서 문제해결을 하려다 보니 고객입장에서는 매우 불편했습니다.
