海外から地元への帰省と滞在に利用させていただきました。レンタカーの駐車の心配があったのですが、建物周辺にリーズナブルな夜間コインパーキングも豊富にあり、なんの不自由もなく、24時間のスーパーもあり、都心部に近いながら全てアクセスが良く全く不便がありませんでした。お部屋もキレイで静かでした。機会があればまた利用します！

This place was ok. The space was very small and the bunk beds were dirty/dusty. The top bunk was close to the bttow bunk and 5 year old kept hitting her head whenever she sat up on the bottom bunk. Also, i booked the deluxe room which, from the hotel information, is supposed to have had a separate bedroom but this was one room with no seperation for bedroom. Disappointing.

Fun in Japan
The location of the hotel was in the heart of the city. When you have the energy to walk around, which I recommend to do, you will be surprised that tourist spots are just a few blocks away. Check in venue was far from the hotel though we bravely walked. Stores were scatted nearby and restaurants were plenty all around. The room has a touch of japanese feel. From the shoe closet, to The separate toilet and bath that was sparklingly clean. We stayed for a few days and as days passed, there was a need to for tidying. There were no Cleaning materials available. We resorted to using tissue to clean the toilet. The bed was comfy, the carpet was clean. There was a Kitchenette but i was disappointed to know, there are no kitchenwares. We boughT our own pan from the nearby Convinient store in order to cook breakfast. But overall, it was a wonderful place to stay In Fukuoka. Worth the price.

overall good experience but was very pricey on New Year’s Eve. I stayed there from 28 Dec to 3 Jan, the price for 31 Dec was almost 3 times the respective prices for other nights.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, in a nice neighborhood, comfortable. Close to a park, relaxing stroll along cool walkway behind the place leading to a grocery and the river nearby. Really enjoyed waking up and watching people getting about their day from balcony. Everyone we met was so nice.

Very clean abs large space
We had a great time, very spacious apartment. Only problems were that the local area did not have much to do and the cutlery sets were not in the room but were "allocated" or "booked" and there were more rooms than cutlery sets, so we had nothing to cook with for the first night.

Change hotel without notice
We booked no.8 initially, when we check in (check in place is different from hotel place) , the staff said they have changed it to no.2, so we need to go no.2 to check-in again. However, we brought all the lagguage to the room and noticed no.2 is much smaller with only one double bed (no.8 has two double beds). We called the staff and request to change as we have paid more money for bigger room, they finally offered us no.7 (with 2 double beds) , then we went to no.7 hotel and check-in. It took us more than three hours for travelling different locations and got the room very late. Though no.7 is comfortable and clean as stated in the description. The staff are helpful.

There is no free clean-up services including changing bed and blanket covers and even no emptying trash can; More than 4 days, we used same bed/blanket covers. Also, there is no free towels and they only provided washing machine. You should pay 2500 yen for clean-up service and 500 yen for towels.
