Cosy hotel with good spaces in room.
Thank you for taking care of our requests. About 10mins stroll to Hakata station. There is a convenient shop right beside it. One of the nearest hotel to airport. Fare less than 2000yen. The only thing perhaps is not so fascinating is the small bathroom/toilet.

10 min walk from Hakata Station, situated on a quiet street but close enough to the department stores. Very easy to find and staffs were very friendly.

The hotel was about a 10min walk to the station, with no buses as an option. Taxi ride usually $6.70 in no traffic or up to $15 with traffic. Room and bathroom were spacious. Foyer of hotel very unexpected as the outside was quite unassuming...it was quite magnificent. Access to a microwave to heat food was useful. Convenience store 2 min walk away. I did not use it but there is a bar/cafe out the front. I noticed there was a currency exchange machine in the foyer. Would definitely recommend the BASICS as a place to stay in Hakata.

I was offered free parking and early check in by 1 hour - not sending any VIP treatment. Since we were visiting small towns near Fukuoka, we asked if we can leave our bigger luggages ie 2 pieces at the hotel and we will pick up in 3 days before we left Fukuoka. However, our request was adamantly refused. No courtesy or any concerns…

I was pleasantly surprised by the bathroom amenities in the hotel! Among all the hotels I have stayed for my Kyushu trip, this hotel went be yong my expectations though the distance is quite a bit from the station. It took about 5 mins to talk to the station but it is easily accessible! Enjoyed my stay a lot and would love to come back in the future!

Nice clean room. Hotel does not have a laundry area. It is about 10-15 mins walk from Hakata station. Otherwise, all good.
