To say this was a difficult and disappointing stay would be an understatement. This was the worst stay we’ve had at any hotel/motel.
We booked in advance and paid for a non-smoking, king bed room. We got a room smelling of smoke with two double beds in bad shape.
The sheets were clean, but that was where the positive experience ended.
Underneath the sheets were dirty, stained beds that should be disposed of. There were also unidentifiable bugs crawling on the floor the second we opened the door. There were earwigs in the bathroom.
There were gouges in the bathroom door where it looked like someone had tried to break into it at one point. The bath towels had black stains on them. The shower curtain had dirty red/brown stains on them, as did the walls.
The noise levels were also horrible. We could hear people talking/yelling and playing music both from outside and in the room next to ours.
All of these factors led to a horrible stay, and we would never recommend this place to anyone. We encourage management to make major changes.
