The television is a 65” smart TV. We have an antenna but do not offer cable. Feel free to log into your own streaming services. We hope you enjoy the many choices offered by this “way-smarter-than-me” TV! If you’re looking for a special live athletic event, we suggest Gator Dockside right around the corner! Try the wings!
Our yard is fenced for your pet to explore. Also enjoy walking the neighborhood with your leashed pup. Loblolly trail head is close by as well as Albert Ray Massey Park. Much to sniff and “water”!

Ample parking in the driveway on the south side (LEFT SIDE) of the house. It is lit along the fence for when you come home late.

Quiet neighborhood and very walkable. Walk your family to the park, to the woods, to the stadium or even to dinner!
Ride share services like Uber are available as well as public transportation. There is a bus stop at the end of the block. If you’re headed a little further to explore local springs or adventure farther to theme parks, Hwy441 and I-75 are easily accessible from the house.
The Gator Getaway has an attached suite we call The Hoggtown Hideaway, also a short term rental. Your living space, parking and yard are private. The only common area you share is the curb.
We ask that you treat the house and neighborhood with respect.
Observe quiet hours 10pm-7am
Park in designated areas.
No smoking or vaping inside or on the premises.
Parties will not be tolerated.
Only registered guests permitted.
For families bringing pets, we welcome 2 canines for the one $65 pet fee. You may request approval for additional pets. Unapproved pets will result unfavorably. We request & appreciate that you pick up poops. This provides a more sanitary yard for all our guests.
