Small but mighty
Our stay was excellent. Just what we needed for a short stay for a hospital procedure. Plenty of amenities available. No problems with check in however my husband forgot to get our Peanut Butter eggs out of the refrigerator when he left. I sure hope someone else was able to enjoy them! They are a special treat in our hometown each year to celebrate Easter!

Stayed there for my son’s graduation from UF. It was way better than renting two hotel rooms as we could hang out. It’s not the newest or nicest place, but totally met our needs and we would stay there again.

The property is upstairs and the pictures are true to the description. We had our small dog and there was an area to walk her on the leash. Publix nearby. Area felt safe.

The place was nice and very roomy. It was also very convenient to the pool. Please note that the unit is upstairs so that may give some people pause. I have hip issues so didn't like the stairs but not the fault of the owner. The place was nice and quiet. We were very close to the mall.

From early check in to check out, the communication from the host was excellent. The property is minutes away from UF and local shopping areas. The unit is clean and had just about everything we needed. The area is very quiet with ample parking, My only suggestion to future occupants would be to check in first to survey what you need to make your stay the most comfortable. We planned for cooking breakfasts and dinners in the unit so we would have benefited from an extra roll of paper towels and dishwasher and dish washing soap. The host provides these but came close to running out since we cooked so many meals. Overall a good place to stay and our needs were met.

Great location for us. Easy process for check in and check out. We were 2 adults and 1 kid and there was plenty of room, beds, pillows, linens. It's not a luxury apartment but it served our needs well.

Nice quiet place
Everything you need for a great price. Fully stocked kitchen, firm but comfortable bed, lots of sleeping options for larger groups, easy no contact check-in and check-out. We did not hear a peep from any of the neighbors the whole time we were there. There is a nice sidewalk around all the buildings that made for a great place to walk the dog. The pool was lovely and a nice area to hang out in.
