Peaceful, Waterfront Luxury Cabin w/ party dock & hot tub near new Olympic Park

Nestled in trees of Lake Lanier is Serenity on the Lake. A 4 bedroom waterfront luxury cabin with double party deck single slip covered dock. Located just minutes from the newly renovated Lake Lanier Olympic Park and rowing venue.
Bring your bags, the family, and your boat to Serenity on the Lake with fun filled days on the water and peaceful relaxing nights in the comfort of this updated cabin. Spend your days on the water and your evenings relaxing by the fire pit or in the hot tub. We welcome gatherings but we are not a party house.
Needing a boat or jet ski rental???
Upon booking, you’ll receive our digital guidebook that will have the number to a friend who offers a deeply discounted pontoon boat rental to our guests, based on availability. Also, we have partnered with a few others in the area to offer our guests discounted boating and jet ski rates, promo codes will be in the guidebook.
The space
Serenity awaits you as you start your luxury cabin vacation on the covered front porch and into the foyer with the beautiful chandelier and a place for shoes and all the things. To the right will be the updated kitchen with electric cooktop. Stocked with all the things you need for cooking up the fresh catch of the day or for ordering takeout after a long day of play. Needing something specific for a family meal? Just ask and we will do our best to provide it. The kitchen opens to the custom dining area with eat at bar seating. Open concept to the living room with cozy high end furniture and smart tv that’s perfect for movie nights or cartoons in the morning.
Also on this floor are 2 queen bedrooms and 1 full bath and a half bath. Off the living room leads to the screened in porch for awesome place for morning coffee and seasonal views of the water and the serenity of the trees.
Upstairs is your master bedroom with en suite with extra large dual shower and soaking tub. This room also has a private uncovered balcony. Opposite of the master is a kids loft area with a bunk bed, smart tv and lounge area.
Downstairs has a king bedroom with beautiful custom full bathroom. This area is loaded with rainy day activities. The massive smart TV and comfy seating are perfect for watching the big game or binge watching your favorite show. There’s the poker/game table for adults and family game nights. Arcade game loaded with games like Golden Tee, frogger, and Madden just to name a few. There is an air hockey table and plenty of seating for the spectators. There is a mini bar area there as well with a wine/beverage fridge. The washer and dryer are also located here.
The walkout basement offers a patio area with propane fire table and a hot tub to enjoy those serene views.
Down the sloped path is the new single slip covered party dock with plenty of seating and kayaks for guest use. For the anglers of the family a green light fish light to attract your next big catch.
The long driveway has 2 half circle drives so plenty of parking for your boat and family.
Needing a boat rental???
Upon booking you will receive a link to our digital guidebook which has info on a deeply discounted boat rental, based on availability so call quickly. The guidebook has more pics of the house with videos and area recommendations. It can be saved to your phone home screen so you have access to us anytime.


Guest access
You will have the whole house and dock to yourselves. There are full time residents in the area so we do have strict quiet hours of 11pm-7am.
We all like to play hard during the day but evenings are for relaxing with family and friends so again no large gatherings or parties.
Other things to note
Lake Lanier Olympic Park and rowing venue is roughly 4 miles. This is the closet boat ramp and is a short boat ride home. Laurel Park boat ramp is also nearby. They offer all sorts of activities and festivals including food truck Fridays in the summer and a beach area.

As with most homes on this lake, the walk can be steep in places so we can’t recommend this home to anyone with mobility issues.
This is a log cabin and does attract carpenter bees. We do have pest control and traps especially in the Springtime but just be aware of a bee allergy.
All dock items are used at your own risk. We do keep life jackets stored at the dock but may not be available in all sizes.
Lastly, we do not believe in long check out lists so we post them here so you know before booking.

The dock items must be secured or stored for example cushions tied to chairs or in the deck box and life jackets stored. Please take your trash to the cans at the house.

Please start the dishwasher.

Throw away any food in kitchen and take out your trash. Trash day is Thursday and they come get the cans from the driveway so please keep that area clear on that day.

Check for any left items.
