The service at Hotel Ghala is second to none. The staff are amazing -Always helpful and accommodating- they went out of their way to make our stay with them excellent. Very good spot for touring around this part of Puglia.

Nos llevamos una muy grata sorpresa cuando descubrimos el hotel por dentro, es nuevo, está en construcción pero no sentimos ningún ruido en nuestra estadía, el personal es muy grato y el desayuno es Justo y de primera calidad súper delicioso, mi única recomendación, es que llamen al hotel y pregunten antes de hacer el booking con expidia, ya que las tarifas del hotel son Muchooo más baratas que lo que yo pague por expidia, definitivamente lo elegiría nuevamente pero llamaría directamente al hotel Expidia me cobro demasiado sobreprecio.

Nella prenotazione era riportato "Camera non fumatori 18 mq con bagno privato". Arrivato sabato 31/08 alle ore 15.20 circa, buona impressione alla reception del personale ma ... La camera forse superava la decina di mq con bagno cieco di circa 6 mq, ma la cosa più inaspettata l' assenza di una finestra!!!! Alla mia osservazione ricevevo come risposta la corrispondenza tra la prenotazione e la camera e il sould out della struttura (impossibile cambiare camera). Avevo quindi prenotato una cella monastica con aria condizionata e bagno annesso. (Il motivo del soggiorno in quel di Galatone era di un'importanza tale da mettere a tacere in quel frangente tutte le osservazioni che avrei riportato in seguito e che continuo a segnalare) La porta di ingresso emetteva uno stridio paragonabile allo stridio delle gomme di un automobile. Nella giornata di Domenica a partire dalle 13 (l'orario di partenza potrebbe non essere corretto) fino alle ore 16.30 la struttura non era accessibile (CHIUSA) Solo nella serata di domenica mi è stato consegnato il badge per l'accesso indipendente La cordialità e la pulizia non possono sopperire alla scarsezza della sistemazione.

Camera ampia e confortevole; bagno comodo e pulito; cambio quotidiano di asciugamani e lenzuola; presenza di piccolo spiazzo privato davanti all'ingresso della camera. Colazione ricca e varia, dolce e salata; associati all'hotel vi sono ottimi bar/tabaccheria e ristorante. Personale gentile e discreto. Unica pecca: per l'intera permanenza il servizio wifi non ha funzionato, e il problema non è stato risolto dopo le nostre segnalazioni. Nel complesso, comunque, la permanenza è stata molto gradevole e contiamo di tornarci.

Bellissimo hotel fuori dal caos dei paesi lungomare, ma in posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutte le principali mete del Salento.
