Our Grand Galena Retreat is 4500 sq ft of amazing space for your friends & family to enjoy! Our new owners have made some incredible upgrades and are excited to share them. When you arrive, you'll have access to the garage and space to park another 3-5 cars in the driveway. Enter our home and be prepared to experience the getaway you've been dreaming about. The open-concept main floor features an airy family and dining room with a spectacular deck view (outdoor seating & gas grill) and beyond. Gather around the woodburning fireplace or kick back and watch the game on our large flat-screen TV. Our dining room will easily host your holiday gathering seating ten at our table and four at the counter. There is additional seating in the kitchen nook for another 4, a great place for the kids or an extra surface for prep. Our stainless appliances will make cooking a breeze in the fully stocked kitchen. You will love the extra spaces created for you to enjoy in this home. One is for the adults in your group who will love our Whiskey Room. Sit back and reminisce about the day, watch TV, or play shuffleboard in a space just for you. Our primary bedroom is also on the main level with a large jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double sinks. Next head upstairs to another comfy hang out, our upstairs bonus room offers comfortable seating, tv and open to below to be "close enough" to the group but enjoying your special spot. Down the hall is an ensuite bedroom with a queen size bed, right across the hall is another ensuite bedroom w/2 Queen beds. Our lower level will excite the pool and poker players in your group! The game room also has an arcade, karaoke, fireplace & access to the outdoor deck w/hot tub. There are 3 additional bedrooms w/attached baths in the lower level. Two have King size beds and the last has a Queen. We provide the most comfortable linens and bedding w/extra pillows & blankets for maximum relaxation. Don't forget the s'mores and a fire with seating for 10 in our spacious backyard! Please note there is a 5-night minimum from June - August.

You will have access to the GTA Owners Club while staying with us. The indoor pool is open year-round, and the outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day - Labor Day. The club is an exclusive amenity that can only be used by Galena Territory property owners and their guests. The Owners' Club includes an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool w/slides, a kiddie pool, a fitness room, a game room, basketball courts, tennis courts, a seasonal snack bar, free WiFi, and an outdoor playground. Please remember that the usage of the amenities is NEVER guaranteed. We do not discount or refund due to their closure. We may not have enough proximity cards for your group, but daily guest passes are available.

When you book a home with us we will require 30% down, this is a payment not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days before check-in. If you cancel before the 14 days you will receive the first payment less a $35 cancellation fee. At the 14-day mark, your stay will become non-refundable, and dates cannot be adjusted. NOTE: You must sign an electronic rental agreement when booking. You must be 25 or older when booking and present during the entire stay. Your payments will automatically be processed to the card you place on file when booking. Our cancellation policy is NOT flexible. We highly recommend travel insurance. Travel insurance is offered when booking and up until 15 days before check-in.

**Check-in details are sent 3 days before your arrival to the email on file. This includes the address, access code, and other pertinent home/area information. Early check-in is never guaranteed and cannot be considered until the night before or the morning of your arrival. The check-in details will cover this process.
