We checked in late, they gave us a room that was not cleaned ,there was dirty towels on floors ,floor was dirty with crumbs ,we were so tired we just went to bed not noticing any of these things till morning. Wont be staying there again. I dont know why our room was not clean???

Clean and friendly. Poor signage, not visible from the road. No closets, no luggage stand, no clothes hooks to hang clothes. Shower not hot but luke warm. Many tooting trains throughout the night. Waitress claimed breakfast was take out only but a decent breakfast.

This was a terrible hotel. It wasn't that clean, it had a very uncomfortable I would say it wasn't a King bed, didn't have any hot water in the shower, but the hot water in the sink was very hot and would burn you, contacted the staff about the water and they said that they couldn't do anything. I will definitely not be staying here again and I definitely would not recommend this place.

This place was scary dirty seemed illegal dark double locks locks that did not work worried about bed bugs unsafe for my child I thought I would be at the Bates Motel I was worried for the safety of my vehicle. Would very likely call the main office of Travelocity so I can have something done to take this place off its website

Waited 20 min for someone to come to desk to check in. It is attached to a truck stop and definitely not their first priority! No toilet paper in room or Kleenex! Had to ask at truck stop cashiers and they finally brought a half used roll! Carpet is new but no Wifi and no breakfast as stated on Expedia. Staff do not know anything about the hotel -both daytime and night staff!!!! As I mentioned this is attached to a truck stop and restaurant but food was a disgrace-cold, poor presentation and horrible taste! Also the hotel is right beside a busy train track and train whistles disturb your sleep every hour.

This is probably the jankiest hotel I have seen in all my decades of travel, to include some really sketchy places in Mexico and Turkey. There was nobody at the front desk, but there was a sign with a phone number. Nobody answered when I called that number, so I ended up hollering until someone came around. We reserved a room with a king bed, but they switched us to a room with two twins instead, and that room was very dirty. In fact, there were drinks left by someone else and the TV was still on! My wife found a vacuum cleaner and was trying to clean up, but they moved us to still another room when she went to try to get toilet paper (yes, that room was out). The third room has a king bed, but there is no room key for us. If we leave the room, we have to go to the front desk to get let back in. The website says there is breakfast, but that is untrue. It also says there is Internet, but they are actually just using the WiFi from the truck stop next door. I have thus far been able to trust the Expedia ratings, but I think that someone must have been paid to write a positive review for this dump because there is no way any rational person would think this is 7.4/10.

Reasonably well acquainted room..
This facility is going through a remodel so there were a lot of issues in the check in process. Ruth at the front desk was busting her behind to get me checked in to a room that the code worked to get in. It took a while, but all was well after that fiasco.
