Enjoy the beach early in the morning to walk your pet or look for seashells!

Our home is in the heart of Seawall Blvd and within easy walking distance to the beach (1 short block), Pleasure Pier, The Spot, The Brick House, Gumbo Diner, Joe's Crab Shack and other Restaurants! You will love sitting on the front porch and relaxing in a tropical atmosphere!

Our beautifully landscaped backyard is a wonderfully tranquil place to relax after a fun-filled day on the island! Enjoy grilling on the propane grill and relaxing under the Pergola in the conversation area in the backyard while surrounded by full privacy fencing, gas fire pit and Hibiscus bushes. The outdoor shower (with hot and cold water and a sprayer) is wonderful for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

The large front porch is so relaxing and great for sitting and enjoying your morning coffee while feeling the Gulf breezes and hearing the waves. This is a peaceful, friendly neighborhood which will allow you to truly feel at home in our adorable Coastal Cottage!

Our home will sleep eight and is suitable for children and pets. Both side yards and backyard are fully privacy fenced with child and pet friendly landscaping. The open concept design is very inviting for conversations and interacting with your family and friends. Full kitchen, living room and large dining room with a table make for an open and airy environment. The living room has a wall mounted 47” flat screen TV with the Ultimate Xfinity Package. Free movie channels as well live TV channels! You will also have free WIFI through Xfinity. The two bedrooms have the Ultimate Xfinity Package as well. Our Coastal Cottage has all solid 1913 wood floors, no carpet.
We have a colorful hutch in the Dining room with an assortment of board games, Jenga, cards, puzzles and books.

You will love the full kitchen with quality cookery and colorful dishes. We include a coffee maker (coffee is provided), Keurig with K cups and an electric kettle. Next to the kitchen is a half bath which includes a full-size washer and dryer, storage area with laundry supplies, yard spray, extra toilet paper, pet supplies and clean up cloths.

There are two full size bedrooms. The blue bedroom has a luxurious pillow top King size mattress. It is like sleeping on a cloud! There is a full closet, dresser, chair, and a luggage rack. On the bedside tables are lamps with USB ports. In the side tables are beach towels and extra blankets. Also, a wall mounted TV.

The yellow bedroom also has a luxurious pillow top Queen size mattress. The two nightstands with USB ports in the lamps create a nice resting spot for your cell phone or book. There is a full closet and a cedar chest with extra blankets. Above the owner's closet are extra pillows. Also, a wall mounted TV.

In the living room there are two memory foam sleepers (Queen and full size). We also have an airbed and a Pack n Play. There are two cubes in the living room that contain throws that add to your comfort while enjoying TV or a movie. All bedding is provided, plus plenty of toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels.

There is one fully updated Jack and Jill bathroom with Kohler cast Iron low profile soaking tub/shower combo. All towels are included. We have an additional half bath by the backdoor. Very convenient while enjoying the backyard.

Once you are inside our Coastal Cottage home, you will be surprised how you feel so far away from all the noise of the Seawall! Even in the backyard the tranquility is amazing and enjoyable!
