The only thing I didn't care for was the noise coming from outside and above my head on the higher floor I could hear children running around late at night which disturb my sleep. The pool was on the ground floor in the garage I wasn't too happy about that either but other than that it was ok....breakfast was good.

The hotel is located in a good location to Seawall boulevard, walking distance to eating and also a Kroger supermarket close also. The room was good size, with 2 Tv's, fridge, microwave, King bed, and a sleep sofa. The room itself felt damp, humid, even though the AC kept room very cool. The included breakfast was good. I would not stay at this hotel again. The outside noise level is some of the worse I have ever experienced. It was so bad, my family and I considered leaving and driving home at 2:30 am, but the noise finally subsided shorty after. Looking for a hotel in a quiet location, don't choose this hotel.

Had a power issue the first night. I understand the power is not in their control, but when i a tenant had to call the power company and report it. I went outside and found the issue, called centerpoint to report it and tell them where the issue was. It was repaired within an hour.

It is clearly a dated building and everything felt and smelled grungy. The carpet in our room was wet and therefore the room smelled damp. The beds were comfortable but that was the only positive. The staff seemed indifferent and although had an okay demeanour there was absolutely no effort to do anything beyond the basics. Overall - do not recommend.

Property is right across from the ocean. There is shopping, food, entertainment within walking distance. The staff was wonderful, The only negative was the free breakfast. They served the exact same thing everyday and what they served is not that good.

DO NOT STAY HERE

The room was filthy, the bedding was stained, the mattress was stained, the entire room smelled musty, the bathroom was really gross, it smelled rotten in the bathroom from the sink drain, we reserved a king bed and got 2 queens, at 12 am the electricity went off and on for over 45 minutes causing constant beeping from the microwave and air conditioning unit, we called front desk and were told only that the entire building was experiencing the outage and provided no other info or apology. Never had such a terrible experience for over $200 per night we expected much better. Never retuning.

Check in was quick and easy. The problem started when the power surges started. We didn't have air conditioning, the microwave kept beeping on and off, the elevators of course didn't work. The man working at the front desk was very scattered and didn't know what to do, a guest went out to call the power company. We were told the power company would be out to look at it at 5:00 a.m. and this all started around midnight. It was a miserable night.

It wasn’t bad honestly the only thing I genuinely did not like per say would be the shower head, it was very rusty I would like to believe the hotel is getting enough traction and money for some form of update in the bathrooms? Which the bathroom itself wasn’t bad it’s just the faucet and the shower heads that looked gross. The room itself gave a nice beach vibe with the different color walls and pictures. The bed wasn’t bad either it slept fairly nice. The room all in all was actually very clean. You guys should give the cleaning staff a raise honestly because I did a walk through inspection and everything was spotless clean. The balcony view was very lovely being able to see the water from up top. The only other complaint would be the smells in the hallways.

It was a nice place to stay. Clean for the most part. I think they should replace the carpet and put all tile floor. Carpet was dirty
