Fantasizing about a beachy getaway? FantaSea Suite will not disappoint! You'll have top floor Gulf views to enjoy the sunrise or a relaxing read anytime throughout the day or night. Not only are the outside views outstanding, this 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo has been beautifully updated and provides guests comfortable surroundings with a fabulous king bed, queen sofa bed and a set of twin bunk beds in the alcove. The kitchen is fully stocked and has lovely granite counters and stainless appliances, as well as a Keurig coffee maker. Your stay will be complete with free WiFi, DishTV, and a washer/dryer in the unit. Home is pet friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 for the 1st pet and $50.00 for the second pet. 25 lb limit per pet. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and signature on a pet addendum.

FantaSea Suite is located in the Maravilla Condos, one of Galveston's most popular vacation rental properties. Maravilla offers guests three pools (one resort style pool, one children's pool, and one heated pool) as well as an in-ground spa. There's plenty of chaise lounges for relaxation and several barbecue pits for outdoor grilling. Kids of all ages will enjoy the outdoor volleyball area. The indoor fitness center gives a full view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Parking is convenient to any of the property's three elevators. FantaSea Suite is located on the third floor and in close proximity to Elevator 1 near the front of the complex. Luggage carts and shopping carts are located at each elevator and available for guest use.

Located directly on Seawall, this property is convenient to any of Galveston's area attractions. Schlitterbahn water park, Moody Gardens, Moody Gardens Golf Course, putt-putt, fishing and the beach are all within a short walk or drive. Head to the West End and visit more of Galveston's beaches and do a little bird watching. Or, head east to do a little shopping in the Downtown Strand Historic District, visit art galleries, museums, or take in a live performance at The Grand 1894 Opera House or the East End Theatre Company. Numerous local restaurants offer various culinary delights and you are sure to find something tasty at almost every price point.

FantaSea Suite is your Galveston retreat!

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹All fees and services are subject to 15% tax. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.

Bearing Beryl
Despite our scheduled arrival in the midst of Hurricane Beryl, the stay ended up being great. We opted to wait out the storm and arrived a couple days later. The property was clean, comfortable and conveniently located across from the beach. We were close enough to Galveston attractions but far enough off the beaten path to enjoy some rest and relaxation. Great spot!

Great place for your pet.
We enjoyed our stay. Owner needs to change rug on patio. I tripped over it several times. It was a good place to stay with our dog. We got attacked my mosquitoes the morning that we left. Iā€™ve never seen so many in my life. They were spraying when we left. Other than that, it was a great visit.

Overall nice experience. Water could use to be warmer, shared boiler system and 2 days there was no hot water for several hours. Could use some sharp knives for slicing and cutting meat. Great view of the beach from the balcony. Nice pool, could use a few repairs. Would definitely recommend.

Everything in the property description is accurate. The bed is amazing, great view and location. The people at the property and management company are all friendly and helpful. Great space with a great view!
Perfect spot for two (and a pup!). The view from the porch is beautiful. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and couch. Plenty of linens and towels provided. Parking was easy. Property well maintained. Easy walk to the beach. Close to many island activities and attractions. We would stay again. The only hiccup was no toilet paper or cleaner (e.g. 409) to wipe countertops after cooking. A quick trip to Walmart (very close) took care of that.

Needed a fun inexpensive weekend that was pet friendly and found this one bedroom condo that sleeps 6. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Percent location, AWESOME beach view, huge balcony that we could all fit comfortably, and nice heated pool and hot tub. Also had a great doggie park area. Only thing that I could complain about was that the elevator closest to us was under construction. But the stairs were fine. Wonderful time at FantaSea Condo!

Arrived to a insulated bag with a few snacks and waters, as well as a booklet with unit instructions and local recommendations. Nice touch. Great place to stay for a couple. Limited storage space for any more people though. Had everything we needed and a good view of the water. Condo complex showed it's age a bit, but not this individual unit. It was clean, nicely decorated and the King bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels provided for the entire stay, but I think that was only due to having one set for each bed (King, bunks and pull out sofa). Otherwise it would not have been enough. Washer and dryer in the unit though, so easily remedied. Pool towels were also provided for use at one of their three pools or at the hot tub. Quick responses any time we contacted the office. Friendly people and we'd recommend for couples.

We had a great time during our stay. Only two things would be to have the water warmer. Our showers were a bit chilly. And there were no cutting knives. Made it hard to prep anything food wise. Other than that, we enjoyed amour stay and will be back.

This was a good condo in a nice area that suffered from some road noise on the balcony (but none inside the unit). The bed was comfortable, the step-in shower was very nice. The bathroom was a little tight on counter space, but had plenty of elbow room and hooks for hanging stuff. Sunrise over the Gulf was very pretty!

Great vacation!
We loved this condo. It was very clean. There were plenty of towels, even beach towels. The view is amazing!! The AC worked great. The king size mattress & pillows were the most comfortable we've ever slept on, including our own. I really need to find out the brand so I can replace ours. We will definitely stay there again!
