Staff were very friendly, food was great but the only complaint I have is where kids running around and kicking the bedroom doors especially my elderly parents bedroom door where they actually damaged the door plus it happened a few times. When we complained felt it wasn’t taken seriously. Plus a resident on our floor followed the 4 boys after kicking the doors and told front desk staff and they weren’t very worried about it or concerned. He felt they didn’t care. Another resident had kids and came running out to a few of the residents (including myself) in the hallway not happy this happened. Major problem going for need to have cameras on each floor.

Nice hotel! Excellent brunch at The Prom. Don’t miss it. Easy access to Galway from the city bus stop just outside the hotel across from the sea walk. $1.90 one way fare to downtown Galway next to Eyre square. Never made it to the hotel pool, sauna, whirlpool, etc but will next time for sure. Just need a longer vacation!!!

For a 4 star hotel it didn’t have air conditioning, they gave small fan which was not powerful at all. The bedsheet felt very cheap, and would get dirty very quick. For the price the charge, expected better. Very disappointed.
