Hotel was very clean. Didn’t run into any other guests. It was quiet and the location was about 10-15 minutes away from down town. Staff was friendly and check in and out was easy. I would stay here again.

What a crap show I went through
This is a credit/debit card hotel. I came with cash as a direct result of the storm. The manager tried to assist and sent my to CVS, to purchase a Visa card to pay for accomodations. I did that and the card would not work. This sucked up $300.00 of my $$$. After trying to rectify the situation for 2 hours. The manager stated that my debit card declined and therefore, my hotel room was cancelled anyway. What a sadistic thing to do to watch a customer be frustrated over something you told them to do and then state, "Well, your booking was cancelled anyway". After two hours and the loss of $300.00. My family continued our journey Northward. Thankfully, I had family that could help me out, but what if I didn't? Totally uncalled for.

Didn’t arrive until almost 2am upon check in. The lady at the desk was very nice and got me checked in quickly. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. We had to drive to the area (historical downtown) and park to enjoy seeing things we wanted to see. I couldn’t imagine anyone trying to walk there! But it was definitely worth the stay. Compared to the prices of hotels on River St or that surrounding area, it was a great deal. Would definitely stay again!

not friendly greeting, not very interested in the guest. I was told via telephone when making reservation that there was no breakfast served BUT they did offer a "bag" to go with a drink. This would have been fine HOWEVER the person at the front desk, first evening around 9PM, when asked what time the bags would be out said they did not such thing and was rude in her response.

So came to savannah for a getaway with a friend. When we Got back to our room friday night we were hanging out and someone tried to come into our room!!! When i called the front desk all she keep saying was i was in the wrong room. I felt she was blaming me. Instead of apologizing. There was also never any follow-up with a manager. I did say something the next day to the front desk but never heard from the manager.

Our room was a bit noisy in the morning. But overall great room and the staff was amazing and friendly. We stayed here while evacuating from hurricane Milton. It was a pleasant experience after a long drive.

I think there may be better elsewhere.
New hotel, clean room, room a bit small, lobby/bar music a bit loud, bar doesn't serve alcohol, mix up at registration, not too friendly or accommodating service. 3 PM check in. Reserved two nights, stayed one - no refund.
