You'll love this 6300 square foot Multi Family Lodge that is close to the lake. Located in Snow Meadows near Garden City park. We are just minutes from all the restaurants stores and beaches in Garden City. It is perfect for 5 to 7 families to get together and enjoy all that Garden City Has to offer.

The house also includes a 1600 square foot game room with a Rockwall, Foam Pit, Indoor Playground, Ping Pong Table, Foosball, Air hockey Table and Basket Ball Hoop game. Out side is a 5000 square foot grass field with a volley ball net.

The Lodge is located less than a mile from beach access. Convenient Garden City location right next to bike path. You can easily park 12 vehicles. There is easy year round road access.

Sleeps 42 in Beds, 10 more with pullouts and extra mattresses. Maximum occupancy of 52. Eight private bedrooms and a bunkroom that sleeps 14 in beds with lots of extra space.

Double oven and 2 refrigerators in the kitchen. Lots of open space for reunions, family gatherings and large groups.

Fun Family Time
We had a wonderful time at this property. We had 32 people ranging in age from 10 months to 68. There was plenty of space. The kids all enjoyed the play area and the adults all enjoyed the time together while the kids were playing. The one thing we noticed was the noise. (but I am pretty sure that had a lot to do with the fun our grandkids were having.

Perfect for large families. The kids loved it
We loved our stay here. The play room/garage area kept the kids entertained the entire time and it was so close to the beach. Honestly, the pictures don't do it justice. We were surprised by how big the dining area was because it just didn't look as big in the pictures. We went at the beginning of the off season and really lucked out with the weather.

Our Favorite place to stay hands down!
We had 13 adults and 7 children ranging from ages 20 months to 17 years old. We all had plenty of room and plenty to do. While we were up there it rained, but we didn’t care. Everyone had such a great time. There was so much room to eat, cook, play games, watch movies and just hang out. It had everything even puzzles and a mirror outside the bathroom in case you needed to fix your make up. It had marshmallow sticks for the fire pit. A wonderful stove and double oven and double fridge.. we loved the all around sound in the upstairs movie theater and the two kayak with life preservers. We had such a wonderful time. The beds were real beds with nice mattresses and the rooms were all very nice.Everyone loved the playroom.. They even had strollers for the children if you wanted to go for a walk.

Perfect location for all ages of a family—well stocked, plenty of beds, large kitchen with two long dining tables, spacious room with comfortable couches, beautiful big grassy yard with volleyball net!! We loved being together under one roof. The only negative was there were only five bathrooms!!

Reunion
It was a very comfortable stay for 40 people. The kitchen was able to accommodate us fixing and eating meals together. We had a great time. There were games and activities there for all ages. Thank you. The sound from the family room TV went right into the kitchen area, maybe a future suggestion would be closing off that area to make a place to watch shows without sound bleeding over into the whole house.

The kids loved the playroom with all the different games to play. We had plenty of beds. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, serving dishes and pantry space. We had 40 family members and friends join us for a wedding weekend. This included ex-spouses and in-laws and there's enough space that if you didn't want to see someone, you could find any number of spots to disappear to! ;) It was lovely, roomy, very clean and EVERYONE had a great time.

We stayed here as a youth group and the house was perfect. We had between 40-50 people and there was more than enough room for everyone. Beautiful home, lots of things to do. Host was easy to communicate with and super accommodating when one of our group left some things there after checkout.

The home was clean comfortable and spacious! The whole familly enjoyed the game/playroom. We love that they provided a lghted Christmas tree for our holiday gathering! Plenty of sleeping quarters for everyone!
