Mildew in room , no fire alarm in room . Room was dirty . .. bed is old outdated springs bulging out .. Noisy intersection right out side the window. Staff was very unprofessional.. would not give a refund … Went to another hotel

Room was very big, carpet was needing replacement lots of stains. But overall a good place to stay

We got a room with the private hot tub. I did run a cycle before getting in because I was worried the jets would be dirty. However it was clean. The room was not as clean. When you walk in your slapped with the smell of must/mold. The bathroom floors desperately need a deep clean. I found long dark hairs everywhere. In the towels, floor, bedding. The beds were decently comfortable but the pillows were like rocks. Shower had really good water pressure. Air conditioner needs to be serviced and cleaned out to run properly. Staff was friendly. Parking was easy. Parking lot was quite confusing however because it has 2 different motel signs. I’m still not sure if it’s 2 motels, or just an old sign. Overall, I don’t think I’d stay again however I’ve definitely have stayed at worse in the area.

Rude and unhelpful staff told me they would hold my suitcase and then changed their mind when I arrived. Had to carry suitcase all day Location is poor with bad dining options
