I feel the hotel should try to place families with kids in one area if possible and adults with no kids in another area. Crying/yelling kids for hours and early like 7am ruined some of our experience.

There's a target right across the street if you need anything. The staff was very friendly especially the room service lady. She's respectful and caring, I didn't need any room service but she still offered me bottles of water to keep my hydrated.

The property was spacious and comfortable. It needed to have an outlet available on both sides of the bed for charging phones or units like lamps or clocks that one could plug into for charging. Also, the hallways were never vacuumed. There was always debris in the halls and near the elevators. We paid extra for the breakfast floor, and that was less than satisfactory. So much more could’ve been done to make that exceptional.
