In the Pays d'Apt et des Ocres, small detached holiday home designed for 2 people, with beautiful PRIVATE POOL.
It is located in the heart of the Luberon in Gargas, in the Provençal countryside in a quiet environment, built on a private plot of land with flowers and trees (cherry trees, olive trees, fig trees, laurel, lavender, rose bushes ....) bordered by a hedge facing the Luberon. No fence. It enjoys a beautiful view of the bell tower of the village of Villars, on the surrounding countryside.
Facing south, it is sunny all year round!
Designed in a typical Provençal spirit, the Petit Mas has a pretty living room kitchen on the ground floor, very well equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, combined microwave and convection oven, combined fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, pressure cooker...
table and chairs, flat screen TV, sofa bed (sleeping for 1 person); upstairs, a large bedroom, window with mosquito net opening onto the countryside and the Luberon, bull's eye with a view, a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, a large bed 160 x 200! A bathroom with washbasin on a Provençal bench, a large mirror, a towel radiator, a beautiful walk-in shower, a toilet, a window with mosquito net.
It will be the starting point for many beautiful walks in our Luberon, on foot or by mountain bike, many marked trails are available!
It will also be in an ideal location to discover picturesque towns or villages such as Isle sur la Sorgue, Gordes, Lacoste, Bonnieux, Avignon, Aix en Provence, Ménerbes, St Saturnin d'Apt, Banon.....

For bookings made from 6 August 2024 onwards, 1 pair of sheets for the double bed and 1 set of towels per person will be provided, this is part of the owner's charge. If you wish to change during your stay, it remains payable according to the following conditions and must be booked before your arrival = Sheets: 16 € per bed, towels: 8 € per person
