The property with Hof- u. Garden, surrounded by an old, high stone wall with a Baroque gate, located in a peaceful village with a typically Italian atmosphere, with no through traffic, surrounded by olive groves,
150 meters above the lake, with diverse views to sea, Punta San Vigilio, Sirmione and Monte Baldo.
They inhabit the house on three different levels.
The house has a spacious living room area (32qm) (with open fireplace, TV (all major German programs), Wi-Fi connection (10GB per week free), with gallery (12 sqm) (equipped with two beds) and different, z. T. covered terraces, one bedroom (24 sqm) with double bed and another single bed, a modern kitchen (9 sqm) and a bathroom (6 sqm). On the living room and kitchen level is from 2020 another toilet.
Integrated into the house covered terrace (15 square meters) combines living room, bathroom and bedroom via a staircase together.
The atrium-like courtyard, garden and terraces are pleasantly landscaped with Mediterranean plants and are barely visible. The property can be used undivided. In the service room there are washing machine, fitness bike, additional refrigerator, 2 Lügestühle, modern remote gas central heating.

Haus u. Garden provide an ideal space to relax on the one hand and on the other hand a paradise for children in an idyllic setting. The heritage protection home we have so altered and established that it fully meets the current needs of modern life, but the atmosphere of bygone years is not lost. It is admired by many gem Fornicos.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus über dem Gardasee. Mit schönen abgeschlossen Garten. Im Wohnbereich gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Wir konnten mit unserem Auto nicht direkt vor das Haus fahren. Da die Straßen wie öfters in Italien sehr schmal ist. Es gibt vor dem Haus 2 Parkplätze wo immer etwas frei war. Wir hatten einen fantastischen 2-wöchigen Urlsub mit 2 Hunden in der wunderschönen Casa Fiorita. Der Garten ist unbeschreiblich schön, Zitronen und Orangen wachsen dort. Es ist wirklich paradiesisch. Die Casa ist schön ruhig gelegen, manchmal hörten wir außer Esel, Kuckuck und Reh nichts. Der Weg in die Stadt ist zu Fuß in 20 Min. zu schaffen, wir nutzen meist das Auto. Alle im Dorf waren sehr freundlich, bei Al Bertansi haben wir gut gegessen. Die Trattoria um die Ecke hatte leider wegen Ferien geschlossen, so dass wir sie nicht probieren konnten. Die Casa war sehr sauber, der Kontakt zur Vermieterin absolut gut und ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir kommen gern wieder. :-)

Bezauberndes Anwesen bei schönem Wetter. Der Garten ist superschön, das Haus sehr idyllisch. Hundefreundlich durch abgeschlossenes Grundstück. Achtung: bei kaltem Wetter ausserordentlich hohe Heizkosten!! Gute Betreuung, netter Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin über e- mail. Bei warmem Wetter gerne wieder!

ruhige Lage über dem See
Das denkmalgeschützte Ferienhaus befindet sich im Ortsteil Fornico von Gargnano, ruhig gelegen mit einem sehr schönen Garten. Es gibt zahlreiche Sitzmöglichkeiten + überdachter Terrasse. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles was was ein Familienurlaub braucht. In den Ort + See sind es 20 min. zu Fuß. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Wir haben mehrere Wanderungen unternommen, Wanderwege gehen direkt am Haus vorbei. Parken war in der Nähe des Hauses auf öffentlichem Platz jederzeit möglich. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. (bis auf die Mücken - aber am See unvermeidbar. Im Alimentari in Bogliaco gab es ein gutes Mückenschutzmittel)

Ein Kleinod über dem Gardasee
Das Haus unterscheidet sich positiv von den üblichen Angeboten am Gardasee: Individuell, ruhig gelegen und dennoch nicht weit zum See hinunter und den eher beschaulichen Orten Bogliaco und Gargnano, wo man alles Nötige für den Alltag findet - auch einen kleinen Strand. Sehr angenehm auch die beiden fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurants mit guter Küche, insbesondere am Abend. Der sehr stilvoll gestaltete Innenhof, die Vielfalt an Blumen und Früchten im Garten...ein Genuss, wenn man es zu schätzen weiß. Im Haus war alles Nötige vorhanden, auch die Fliegengitter an den entscheidenden Fenstern und Türen waren sehr nützlich. Sehr angenehm und unkompliziert war auch der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wiederzukommen.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach mega 💕 Der Garten ist ein Traum und das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung gab es Blümchen und einen leckeren Wein und die Verabschiedung war persönlich und herzlich. Es war für uns ein rundum perfekter Urlaub 💕

Ein uriges Haus aus 1823. Moderne Bäder und Küche. Geräumiges Schlafzimmer. Schön eingewachsener Garten und Atrium. Leider durch Schnaken dieses Jahr im Juni kaum nutzbar. Eine Außendusche im Atrium wäre prima. Parkplätze sind sehr knapp und wir konnten mit unserem Auto nicht vor das Haus fahren. Selbst mit eingeklappten Außenspiegeln nicht. Gasse zu eng. Leider hatte die Pizzeria im Ort Betriebsurlaub, so dass wir immer mit den Auto zum Essen fahren mussten. Zum Laufen in das nächste Ort ist es definitiv zu weit. Bei den Temperaturen…

Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit sehr schönen Garten und Außenbereich. Für unseren Dackel das absolute Hundparadies. Die Trattoria in der Nachbarschaft ist 1A. Fornico ist abseits gelegen. Wer mehr Aktion möchte sollte seinen Urlaub auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Gardasee planen.

Großes Haus mit viel Platz, neue Küche, modernes Bad und Toilette, wunderschöner, großer Garten, großer Hof. Schlafzimmer extra und sehr kühl, weil dicke Wände, sicher gut im Sommer. Leider muss man ins Freie, um auf die Toilette zu gehen, die restlichen Räume sind ein Stockwerk höher, auch über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Wohnzimmermöbel etwas alt und nur eine Nachttischlampe. Obwohl sparsam, hohe Energiekosten. Eine große Terrasse, regengeschützt, eine kleine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Garten, eine Terrasse im Garten mit Blick auf den See. Sehr schön. Fazit: Sehr schönes Ambiente, aber teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Eine sehr gemütliche Unterkunft, auch für die kälteren Tage gut geeignet. Der gepflegte Innenhof und Garten mit den schönen großen mediterranen Bäumen ist sehr hübsch anzuschauen. Optimale Lage für Wandertouren und tolle Ausblicke auf den See. Die Gastgeberin ist eine herzliche Dame und sehr hilfsbereit.

Sehr schönes Anwesen
Hinter dem Eingangstor verbirgt sich eine schöne Ferienwohnung (Haus) mit sehr schönem Innenhof und Garten. Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig und hat alles, was das Herz begehrt. Dass das Schlafzimmer und untere Bad separat angeordnet und nur von außen erreichbar ist, ist zwar gewöhnungsbedürftig, stört aber nicht weiter. Dafür wird es dort im Sommer angenehm kühl sein. Haus und Garten verfügen über schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Ausblick auf den See. Fornico selbst ist ein kleines typisches Dorf auf der Anhöhe gelegen und Ausgangspunkt vieler Wanderwege. Die Trattoria vor Ort ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der direkte Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist problemlos, Sie sind sehr angenehm und äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
