Super cute hotel! Nice and spacious room. Breakfast was ok. We had dinner at their ā€œDona Carolinaā€ restaurant and that was a great experience. Food was delicious! My only complain is that even though we got a room towards the back, we still could hear the trucks going through the main road.

IncrĆ­vel experiĆŖncia, check in super prĆ”tico e rĆ”pido, um super atencioso welcome no nosso quarto. Estacionamento bem amplo em frente, super seguro. CafĆ© da manhĆ£ perfeito, completo, saboroso. Vale a pena essa experiĆŖncia completa, fazia tempo que nĆ£o tĆ­nhamos um atendimento de excelĆŖncia como esse. Recomendo muito a estadia!

Ficamos hospedados por 2 noites, um casal. Nossa primeira impressĆ£o foi boa. A pousada parece um castelo e tem um ambiente bonito na entrada. A cama Ć© confortĆ”vel, possui uma TV grande e a banheira Ć© independente. Mas entĆ£o comeƧaram as decepƧƵes. Havia barulho externo parecido com um gerador, mesmo Ć  noite. A Ć”gua do chuveiro e da banheira eram apenas mornas, nĆ£o quentes e os sais de banho oferecidos na banheira estavam com validade vencida. Um ponto importante para nĆ³s Ć© o cafĆ© da manhĆ£, que nĆ£o era do tipo buffet, como nas fotos. Quando abrimos um suco oferecido como cortesia na check-in percebemos que estava mofado. Na saĆ­da do hotel levamos a garrafa e notificamos Ć  recepĆ§Ć£o, mas nenhuma aĆ§Ć£o foi tomada. Ainda bem que ficamos apenas 2 noites. NĆ£o voltarĆ­amos e nĆ£o recomendamos, pois pelo preƧo pago esperĆ”vamos um cuidado maior. Mudamos para o Hotel Spa do Vinho, com preƧo semelhante, e a experiĆŖncia foi espetacular, sem comparaĆ§Ć£o.
