The hallway my room was on smelled awful, musty and the carpet was soiled and buckled. The carpet in my room was soiled and there was a used teeth flossed in the corner near the air conditioner (I donā€™t use those things). The carpet was filthy near the baseboards. There was like toenails and dirt accumulated there. The air conditioner stopped work g the first night, in the middle of the night, so I reported this to the front desk person, Jackie. Also told her about the dirty carpet. I requested a different room and she told me they would first try to fix the air and would do a thorough room cleaning. When I returned that night (had been gone all day so they had ample time to clean the room and all), the carpet was in the same conditioner with teeth flossed still in the corner and toenails and filth still there. The air seemed to work but was intermittent throughout the night. I reported all this to Jackie the next morning when I checked out and she said house keeping tiles her the room was clean. That was a lie! I also got charged an extra fee equivalent to a nightā€™s stay. Was told that was an ā€œauthorization chargeā€ that should be reversed in 24-48 hours. It better be!!! This was the only hotel that showed up for this area when I did a google search for it but there are 3 other, better loookong hotels right next door! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Awful place! I tried to post pics but not allowed on this review platform.

A very uncomfortable bed and a totally boring breakfast selection compounded by the inability to ever find anyone at the front desk and the need to beg for towels on a daily basis, lead me to say that I won't choose this hotel again.

We stayed here fory son's wedding. The staff were excellent, very helpful. Our only issue was our toilet leaked to the extent of dripping to the floor under us. After not having access to the bathroom hours before the wedding we were moved to another room. No offer of a discount for the 300 we paid for two days. The owner gave me two bottles of water with a package of cookies

We arrived at the listed check in time, was given the keys, went up and there were dirty sheets taken off but still piled up on beds. Our room hadnā€™t been cleaned. We had to wait around 15 minutes. Other than that our stay was great.
