We didn't stay
The following may not be everyone's experience at this location, but it was ours. My friend, my dog arrived for our stay about 4pm. As soon as we turned into the property, it felt weird. We unpacked and went inside, but couldn't shake the feeling. Neither one of us wanted to be in the rooms alone. It was mostly clean with a few exceptions: the kitchen window was caked in dirt which had some wiped out sections to see through. The outside of the white fridge and handle was visibly dirty. The bed sheets we pulled back had a discoloration and there was a long black hair between the sheets. There was a mild mildewy odor which was more prominent in one of the bedrooms, which the dog would not enter. As now noted in the listing, there is no wifi yet and we had little to zero cell signal with Verizon, which made being remote more uncomfortable. There is no central A/C but there are window units and a plug-in unit which did seem to keep the house cool. We considered sleeping all together in the living room so we wouldnt have to separate, but noticed the middle privacy blinds appeared broken so we didnt want to try and lower it. We considered sleeping in our vehicle so that we wouldn't have to stay in the house. When we took the dog out to potty, she wanted to get back in the car rather than go back inside. After about 45 min, even with no refunds, we decided we needed to find someplace else. We quickly straightened up, packed up and left. We msg'd the pm. Did not hear back.
