Great stay! Our first time staying in a hotel vs a cabin. We will totally be back for short trips. Nice balcony. We seen a wild bear for the first time. (We’ve been visiting 2 times yearly for 5 years) great warm pool. Elevators and also ramps at the end of every floor. Parking is not as bad as people in the reviews put on. There is a lower level to park on as well. Great breakfast and great front desk service.

The hotel was a very good value and convenient to town. However, it was very noisy and very close to the road. The staff was very unfriendly, although they were professional. Because of the value and its convenience to town, we had considered staying there again on our next trip down to Florida. However, when we looked at the booking it was two times the price. So we will not be staying there. For the elevated price it is not worth staying there. They cannot compare to some of the other resorts in the area although they have made their cost the same.

This place isn't fancy, but it has all the necessities we require for our family to have a great time! Im facr, this is our newest fsmily tradition, we come every year almost with the exception of last year. Each year it is renovated and seems to improve upon the last. We love it!

1.The room was dirty and housekeeping really didn’t do anything but make the beds… they left dirty towels, trash, dirt on the floor and didn’t wipe anything -the staff did knock on our door one morning, we said we would be out in 20 min but she told us that she’s done so she won’t be cleaning our room so I asked if we could at least exchange the dirty towels for clean ones 2.The gas fire pit wasn’t working (assume needed more propane) called the front to let them know and they said they would check it but I don’t think they did bc it wasn’t working again until 2 days later. 3.The chair in the room had a broken arm rest. we found this out when my toddler was leaning on it and fell off and busted his head onto the floor in which he now has a huge knot and it was bad - looked like his neck could’ve snapped 4.The metal part of the wall light fixture just fell off 5.The “game room” is a broken foosball table - the little “player guys” are broken and the thing was all wopped, the laundry room was fine but the front desk couldn’t make change and there is no quarter machine - we were told to go across the street to the liquor store 6.There were no safes in the rooms and the dresser was just 2 skinny drawers that couldn’t fit anything.. there was a drawer on the nightstand but we couldn’t use it bc the handle was missing but the 2 holes for it were there..The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was fairly friendly.we stayed here 4 years ago and it was fine.. idk what happened
