Great little place with an amazing view.
Great little place to stay, the views were absolutely breathtaking. The condo was clean for the most part. The wall color showed some spots and if you have people above you that walk heavily you will hear it, but other then that it was great. We will definitely stay here again! (4 bears seen from balcony!)

Electricity went out when we were there and could hear through the walls enoigh to hear other people say it happens all the time. So many things have layers of dust on them. Drip marks down the walls. Shower and sink have a gap like they arent even connected to the walls. The pull out sofa was a joke. Thin and stained. The recliner was so overused it was disgusting.

Great views but...
Pros - great views and short drive to downtown Gatlinburg Cons - we were on the second floor and noise from walking/moving things around above us was fairly loud. The bathroom sink was not mounted to the vanity and moved around. Could not get in contact with a local representative when the fire alarm was going off for hours. A sprinkler line froze and broke in a bottom floor unit. 800 number told me they had no emergency contact number. There is no oven just a convection microwave. Can't bake if you plan on cooking.

Nice view/great place to spot black bear
Our stay was nice. Room was great. Couldn't hear a lot going on with neighbors. Only downfalls would be the indoor pool wasn't open so the outdoor pool was over crowded. There was also a lot of trash around the dumpsters and it attracted bear. We seen bear multiple times a day which is an experience within itself but patrons weren't very cautious when approaching the bear. Nothing tragic happened. Just a mention if you have younger kids make sure to educate them on wildlife and precautions they should take. The basketball court is in the parking lot so you can't truly play a game without being worried about your ball hitting a car. Overall a wonderful trip and a wonderful place to stay if you don't plan on staying on the property for extended periods of time.

Clean and Cozy
We loved how this small space was laid out. It was perfect for the two of us, who were just looking for somewhere clean and comfortable for a weekend of relaxation. And the view is among the best I believe the Smoky Mountains have to offer. We were also impressed with the property manager, who ensured check-in, check-out, and everything in-between went smoothly as possible. We felt well taken care of.

WHAT A VIEW....
Booking process and checkin were beyond easy. Clean and so cozy...a little small for 4 people but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again. We saw a bear in the parking lot the first night which was cool for the kids to see. Loves the fact that this was at the top of the mountain. SO BEAUTIFUL!

Be aware of location
Nice condo. Be aware of the location. This is not an accessible property. You will travel high onto a mountain with small roads, steep angles and blind turns. If you do not have experience driving in these areas / terrains DO YOUR RESEARCH.

The condo was perfect for the two of us in our honeymoon. Was a short drive from busy Gatlinburg but so high up it was tranquil. The decor and amenities were good perhaps dated. But the view was hard to beat. Would stay again.

Romantic Stay on the Smoky Mountains
We are coming back as soon as we can, we were in love with everything! All the little things prepared were adorable and charming. We had a problem with the water though, all the heaters were off and there was no information about that.
