We enjoyed a great 7 night stay while exploring GSMNP. Hotel was clean, beds comfortable, room quiet except for only the noisiest of neighbors, and was walkable to whatever we wanted in Gatlinburg. Also provided easy access to Pigeon Forge. There was zero evidence of bugs which is important to me. Would stay again.

Staff was friendly. Walls are pretty thin and you can hear your neighbors. Very convenient location and the parking is easy and plentiful in the lot. Would stay here again.

Budget friendly, clean and perfect location
wanted something within walking distance of shops, wasnt sure because it wasnt some big name hotel. But took a chance, this place is not only affordable, but very friendly workers and clean. Breakfast was very good. The young lady on 3rd shift, was super sweet and she told me id see a bear before my departure and she was right. Our last night there, a bear crossed the street right in front of our hotel, then proceeded to come back across the street. My kids were beyond excited, to finally see a bear soo close. The place definitely nailed it for my family and when i come back to the area, we will definitely stay there again!

This was our second time at Crossroads Inn, the last time being January 2023. There appear to have been renovations and improvements. At our last visit, the breakfast area was being redone and this visit, it was easy to get in for breakfast. The property is within walking distance of most of the "strip" in Gatlinburg. In our two full days there, we never used the car. We'll be back!

Our family enjoyed our stay here! Loved being in walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. Room was updated and clean. Our kids loved the pool. Breakfast was good.
