The Property is an older building. Parking is tight and the room had a very musty odder. the bed was very uncomfortable and the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were not fitted properly. If you are a person who watches true crime you would think there were cameras in there. (We checked and there wasn't) The staff is supper nice and friendly. If you are going here for the extras (pool, workout room, breakfast, closeness to the aquarium, etc) the price is ok. If you are just using this place for a place to sleep before you go adventuring, it is a little over priced.

We have stayed several years in a row here and just love the hotel. Such nice balconies and located in an amazing place. We had several conferences there every year and they’ve been wonderful host. The rooms are always clean. Staff is friendly for breakfast is delicious.

The hotel is right in the middle of the downtown of Gatlinburg. A lot of fun things and restaurants are all at walking distance.

We didn’t really stay other than to sleep but the staff friendliness was what stood out to me. Check in was easy. The room was comfortable and clean. Check out was just as easy. We appreciated being able to park while our room was ready since we arrived pretty early so that was convenient and saved us on having to pay for parking.

Better cleaning team
The hotel was nice however during the entire stay the cleaning service never refilled our toilet paper or tissues. We had to go to the front desk to get more every time we needed some. They just took the tips we left and made the beds.
