Poor cleaning, great location
To start with, when we arrived at the property the vents were covered in a thick layer of dust and grime, the floors had not been swept let alone mopped. My childrens hands and feet were black. We found used bandaids, dust, trash, and toenail clippings underneath the beds and furniture. After bringing this up the company said they could have someone come reclean the property but they would need several hours. We did not take them up on that but the property was cleaned when we left than when we arrived. The indoor* pool was very very cold. No one was able to get in the entire trip. It was quite literally an ice bath and we were told there was nothing they could do. The hot tub was great but did seem to have a small leak. The first night there the smoke detector in our bedroom began beeping. It was hard wired so we couldnāt unplug it without setting off the alarm. I called about it but we had to listen to it beep for 4 days before it was changed. The layout of the house is great and a great location. The pool table and working arcade machines were nice. We were informed on the day of check in that an arcade machine was broken and that someone would be by to fix it. No one ever came to look at it. The last day of our trip I spoke to management and it was the most helpful person Iād spoken with. They were very apologetic and offered a small refund for our troubles during our stay.
