Couldn’t get key card to work even after getting new ones. Parking fees ($15 per night @3 nights) that said on website that was refundable then told at checkout that it wasn’t. Was told only the additional fee of $30 dollars would be refunded. If you are looking for a spot that feels remote but isn’t then this is definitely a great place to check out. The outdoor hot tub feels like you are relaxing in a serene atmosphere while enjoying the sunshine and nature of Gatlinburg. However be cautious of bears that may lurk about.

The property and staff were both nice. Thevroom was clean and quiet.I was not happy that I had to pay to park there. I already paid to stay there, parking should be included. Breakfast area was out of coffee a lot.

When we checked in, we werectold there was a daily parking fee. I booked the room on Expedia and it said free parking. I was angry, because everytime you purchase sonething these days, businesses are charging hidden fees. Hampton should have notified Expedia. How diffucult could that be.?

Gatlinburg have some aging hotels. The embassy suites is a breath of fresh air. For my experience, the staff was great. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pits. Location is good to go in any direction highly recommend staying with them when in Gatlinburg

Our day was good. I had a good time. Place seem to be pretty good. Breakfast was not up to quality in power. Whoever does the breakfast stuff very unpleasant and food was cold not very pleased with it. Also is the parking fee to stay out of motel and never had to pay that before $15 a night plus tax the parking a free parking lot at a hotel get real.

Beth went above and beyond for us; she deserves a raise!! She was more than happy to help us get into a room and make sure we were taken care of. We had a bad experience down the road with another hotel, and this Hampton inn really turned our vacation around!! Our room and the rest of the facilities were very clean! This hotel is a short walk from downtown, which is nice for shopping and all of the food options! We will definitely be back and staying at this hotel again.

I enjoyed the room, very spacious. Bed wasnt comfortable for my husband as he had a bad back. Other then that stay was great.

I reserved a room for my birthday weekend and to attend an event at the convention center on the same road. My experience with Hampton in the past has always been positive. First I was provided a rate of $152 per night and was charged $208 when I got to the hotel. The room was basic 2 queen beds and a small desk with TV. I asked for complimentary upgrade and I was told it would be $50 extra a night. She was quite rude about it and matter of fact. The mini fridge did not keep the drinks cold. The furniture was not in good condition and the shower had a curtain instead of a shower door. The bed was fairly comfortable and the pillows were comfortable. I was looking forward to breakfast and pictures online showed scrambled eggs instead we had hard turkey sausage and folded egg substitute with cheese. The fruit was banana and apple. When we were there before 8:30 am there was 2 yougart cups and only banana strawberry no other choice. There was very spicy potatoes and a few bread choices. But before leaving dining room they were down to wheat bread slices. Oatmeal was also available and waffles. There were other hotels near by that had better amenities and prices. I would not recommend this hotel for the price.

We love back patio area with fire places by the brook. The pool and hot tub are nice. The breakfast room is spacious and lots of windows. No complaints really.
