Winter vacation
The condo had everything we needed. Hostess is very easy to deal with. Had a few minor issues(blown light bulbs) which were taken care of right away. We had to leave a day early due to a death in the family. But, our experience while there was good enough that we would definitely stay again. These are not criticisms, but in case anyone would need to know. I brought a shower chair to use, as there isn't one there(which I knew ahead of time). The view out the balcony is of the pool below and neighboring buildings. It rained while we were there, so we didn't utilize the balcony(it is covered though). Would love to come back when we have more time to enjoy it. Thanks again for letting us stay in your cute condo.

Great location!
My husband and I stayed here for four nights in October during peak foliage season. We loved the convenience of the location and we were able to walk most places during our stay. The unit is small, but is perfect for two people, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Noisy
For US too close to noisy town. Blowers blasting early AM. Old building and sheets really thin. It was clean but really tiny. All and all just ok. Kinda wish we had stayed at a hotel and I rarely say that. Also stated washer and dryer. Owner should have stated there is one of each in the premises coin operated . Bit deceiving but owner did leave laundry detergent, and that was nice although I brought ny owner washer sheets.

Great location. 5-minute walk to Main street. Less than 5-minute drive into the Great Smoky Mountains. Bed was very comfortable and restful. Couch very uncomfortable. Floor was dirty (white socks need to be soaked). Three light bulbs/lights not working. Kitchen was great.

Everything within this condo was just as described. It was very clean, very convenient to walk into town and comfortable bed. Only thing that didnā€™t appeal to me was the sofa, for me it wasnā€™t real comfortable and it sits to low for me.i have back and leg issues.

We stayed in a lovely one bedroom condo that was less than a 3 minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg. I loved that the condo was gorgeous and inviting. It was also very accessible to everything. After a long day of fun activities and shopping, it was refreshing to walk back to the condo and relax and unwind.

Great location and nicely updated condo
Although we have been to Pigeon Forge and Cherokee before, this was our first visit to Gatinburg proper. This condo did not disappoint. If you've never been to Gatlinburg, you cannot have an appreciation for its location which is truly ideal. Gatlinburg is not necessarily a place you want to live, but it is a great place to visit. The condo is only one block from the main drag, which is a crazy and loud world, but the one block is a world away with the serene brook and trees all around. We had a large, hungry bear come visit virtually every day. We walked to everything, from restaurants to attractions to the National Park. It was so nice to return back to the condo after a long day out. The condo is perfectly sized for a couple, with virtually every amenity we needed. The owner has done a very good job refurbishing the place: from the king bed to the modern bathroom to the kitchen (we used every appliance) and comfortable living space. Little things matter to us: an elevator (actually two), carts to haul our stuff, an ice machine, and a pool. We hope to return and enjoy this condo again!

Great Location and Very Clean
Overall the stay was great! The place was extremely clean and super cute! I would recommend staying here. The only drawback is that as says for 4; the bedroom has a beautiful king size bed but the other option is either a small sectional or a blow up mattress. It worked for us because we just had our younger daughter but I would not recommend for two couples. The other drawback, which is the condos association fault is the elevators has a terrible smell. The location is perfect for walking around town. The commutation with the owner was great and very easy to work with.

Things we enjoyed about this property was the location and the pool. You can walk around town and not have to pay for parking. I would not recommend this condo for 4 people. We had 3 adults and were very crowded. It would be perfect for a couple. Overall it was clean but if you are walking around bare foot your feet would be black from the floors. Also the air conditioning system needs updating. Extremely loud if you plan on spending time on the balcony. And bring your own pool towels if you plan on swimming. Overall good experience but would not chose this condo if we came back to gatlinberg.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. I was concerned that it would be noisy like a hotel and was very pleased that it absolutely wasnā€™t. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in out of town in a long time. The condo was clean and had all that we needed! Thank you for the great stay!
