This property was great! Close to the main road so walking to eveything was easy! Room was huge very clean and bed was very comfortable! I cant say enough nice things about DONNA at the front desk she was the absolute BEST!!!! She was sooo very nice to talk to and gave us lots of info about the area! Thank u again DONNA!!!

Location was good, compared to the online view of the company the actual on site view is completely different. There were bugs in the room, the phone didnā€™t work, linen was dirty. Even after reporting the situation to the front desk, I was told they would address the bug and phone issues but unfortunately that didnā€™t happen. I would not return due to false advertisement & the bug issues.

A little Gem in a beautiful setting.
We absolutely love the location of this place and the staff was lovely. The lobby was clean and the room was clean. It is a much older property with an amazing view, but the beds were like rocks. I was disappointed to know the restaurant has been closed since Covid due to no staff, which is really sad. I think they need to update their marketing page to say no restaurant because the building is there, but it hasnā€™t been open since Covid. Otherwise, a great facility and we will definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues: Room Key Problems: My room cards malfunctioned three times, which was quite inconvenient. Vending Machine Issues: The vending machines were consistently out of order. Despite being advised by staff to use a different machine, it was also non-functional. An out-of-order sign would have been helpful. Shower Temperature: The shower fluctuated between warm and extremely hot, posing a risk to my safety. (luckily it wasn't my children) Room Condition: The room had ripped carpet and ants in the bathroom. Additionally, the TV remote was not working despite a maintenance request. (and they never showed up) Vehicle Damage: Upon returning to my car, I noticed damage to the bumper and a small dent, presumably caused by a light blue vehicle. Cleaning Issues: The room was not cleaned properly, as a Gatorade bottle was left by the nightstand and bed. I think the only great thing about that place was one of their Female employees was very sweet!
