Hilton, the caretaker was wonderful. So friendly and sweet. He made the all the difference for us. We might be back if we are in the area just for his service! It was so comfortable and the environment was so friendly. We had a nice view of the small river behind hotel on the balcony.

The beds were comfy and the rooms were relatively clean. There were areas I could tell haven’t been cleaned in a long time. (Vents, base of floor, etc..) but the rest of the room was good. The windows leaked, probably need to be resealed. No weird smells or anything. Beds were clean. Staff was friendly enough. The elevator ran all night & was very loud. So if noise bothers you, you may want to request a room away from the elevator.

This place was amazing for a nice restful night. Breakfast had really good choices, beds were comfortable, room was clean, location was close to strip in Gatlinburg. Personal we’re all really sweet and nice to talk to. I would recommend and I will go back.
