Property owner changed our reservation ~ don’t rent from Bill Pence
We rented the unit we wanted - 1BR overlooking the Roaring Fork creek. Without asking us, he “upgraded” our reservation, which was a disaster. No creekside room, room overlooked the pool (we didn’t want to look at the pool), stairs(we both have bad knees).
We did not enjoy our stay, as we didn’t get unit we rented.
