This beautifully decorated 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath home, is located on top of Webb Mountain, in the Cobbly Nob Resort, and is within walking distance to the "Lil' Bit of Heaven" pool. We have over 2,100 square feet of comfort and an excellent view of 3 mountain ranges!!! Cobbly Nob Resort is about 10 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and has spectacular views in family-friendly surroundings. The community has 3 Pools, a Tennis Court, and Bent Creek Golf Course is at the entrance to the resort.

The upper level boasts a great room area with one of two woodburning fireplaces, pool and shuffleboard tables, and a large flat screen with DirecTV.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals in the roomy six person dining area. We have two decks on this level and the back deck has a dining table with chairs facing a breathtaking view of the Great Smoky Mountains and North Carolina!

The lower level has three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and DirecTV. All three bedrooms have direct access to the hot tub located on this level's covered deck.
And don't forget to bring your swimsuit - It’s just a short walk, down the hill, to the resort's nearest pool and just a 5-minute drive to the newly built pool on Timber Ridge.

Bent Creek Golf Resort is located at the base of our Mountain and offers some great golf for a change of pace.

Some of our favorite hiking trails are just 10-15 minutes from the front door at the Greenbriar Entrance to the park. The mountain streams offer an excellent retreat to soak your tired feet after a nice hike!
Fishing is available as well with a permit.

Wonderful Views!
We had a fantastic time at Happy Trails and enjoyed everything about the property! The outdoor space was lovely and the decks included many chairs for reading and relaxing. We especially loved the hot tub and indoor shuffleboard table and pool table. Had one concern with the air conditioning fan but Stacia and Larry responded right away, even on a holiday weekend. Would definitely stay again!

This property was just as listed. Fully accommodated our family of 6. 3 king beds and lots of room to spread out. Stacia and Larry were very helpful and responsive to messages when needed. Location was close enough but far enough away from downtown to get that wilderness feel and peaceful relaxation needed.

This house has a great setup for a mountain getaway. Close to all Gatlinburg has to offer but far enough away from crazy tourist traffic. The house is very well thought out and had everything we could possibly need to have a great stay! The owners were also very responsive and give you a ton of helpful info before you arrive. This is a great place to stay with owners that really seem like they want you to have the best experience you can have. They have a great welcome guide that was handy to have before and during our stay. We definitely had bear encounters while there and it was very exciting!

Beautiful view!!!! Relaxing and peaceful setting. Nicely decorated and all the amenities one needs for a few days in the Gatlinburg area. Plenty of parking for 2-3 vehicles. Very clean and updated. Ample seating areas inside and out, including a covered deck which was awesome on the one rainy day. Will absolutely recommend to friends and family!

We loved this house! Super clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Great reclining sofas and chairs to sit by the fireplace or watch the big screen tv. Plenty of room to play pool and shuffleboard. Amazing views from every angle. We love to cook and it has a great kitchen. All bedrooms have comfortable king beds and big flat screen tvs. Great shower pressure! Amazing hot tub on a covered deck for a nice soak after long hikes in the Smokies! A quiet getaway that's a short drive to all things Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and close to National Park entrances. Great communication with the owners! They have an awesome app with all the info you need for your stay and the area! Suggestions for dining, activities, hiking trails, gift shops, grocery stores.. everything! Its super helpful for first-time visitors like ourselves. This was one of the best vacations we've ever had! Highly recommend! We can't wait to come back!

Me and my family loved our stay. House had everything we needed, and the kids especially loved the hot tub. Each room had a TV, so it was great when anyone wanted some wind down time. The views of the Smoky Mtns are wonderful. Highlights for us included: fireplaces, multiple decks to access, hot tub, comfy couches/chairs, pool and shuffleboard tables, and very reliable big screen smart TVs all throughout the house. We didn't get to see any bears but hopefully next time :) Thanks again!
